       What effect on the game does killing or not killing Michael's
       Therapist?
       and
       This there the only one stripper club and are those the only
       strippers?

       Don't know about Michaels Therapist, but yes, there is only one
       strip club.

       I normally play the good karma route when given the choice but
       in the case of the therapist, the guy was a pompous asshole
       during every session. He needed to be spit upon. Anyway whether
       you kill him or not, most people find on the in game internet,
       that he dies regardless.
