       Player Managment

       There should be something where all players on every team have
       to agree to terms where if you quit you cannot go to another
       team.. like a contract sort of thing. and a Players Managment
       assosiation would be responsable for making sure that "this
       player can not go into F.A" or "this person isnt doing this
       right".. and stuff like that.. or when AGM's trade themselvs to
       other teams. idk just so nobody quits there teams unfairly
