Missing Rules

Kickoffs (onside kicks or no?)
My suggestion: No onside kicks. Ball goes out b4 end zone
without touching a player, receiving team gets it at 40. Goes
out in the end zone, they get it at the 20. Person who touches
the live ball first on the receiving team has the ball until
tackled and play is dead. Not sure about if it came close to two
players touching the ball at the same time.
Punts
My suggestion: No fake punts. Receiving team backs up 60 yards
(unless FG rule isn't changed). If punt goes out of bounds
before touching somebody on either team, receiving team gets it
where it went out. If player on kicking team touches the ball b4
anyone on the receiving team, the receiving team starts their
drive there. Same as kickoff for returning.
Interceptions
My suggestion: The person who breaks up the pass, must, as the
touch to break it up, kick it through either FG upright to get
the interception. They will get the ball at the spot he kicked
it from. There will be no double hit, to themselves or to a
teammate, or bouncing off someone and going through (debatable).
No returns.
Definition of doc and when it happens
My suggestion: If a player on offense catches the pass and a
defense player is touching them, he is down. If a player is part
out of bounds when he catches it, he is down (maybe)
Running the ball (when is it actually a run):
My suggestion: To run the ball, a QB must flash when touching
another player on offense behind the line of scrimmage.
Passing the ball (formality):
QB must kick the ball (no double touch). If an offensive player
touches if first, it is a completion and they can run with it
unless it is a doc. If a defensive player touches it first, it
is incomplete and could be an interception.
Discuss.
EDIT: look at my post below.

For angles we should keep it as wherever side you go down
on...you kick it on that one.

Well.. As we all know. most people only kick FG's when time is
running out. and Kicking is hard enough already.. Trying to get
lined up in a fast pace is almost imposible.. so the angle is
stupid. BTW for INT's, you know when QB's slide in to the ball
by accident (without kicking) are we aloud to INT them. i always
kick it anyway but i think it should be INT'able

We'll use the FG posts as hashmarks. If a player is downed w/in
the hashmarks and the offensive team says "FG", then the FG is
taken where he was downed. If he is downed outside the
hashmarks, the ball is placed on the nearest hashmark for the
FG.
It would also be helpful if the admins chimed in...

Well if the defensive player touches the ball first it should be
a 10-15 yard penalty.....
