       How FA Should Work..

       nothing is set in stone yet, but the GMs and Chance will have to
       get together and figure it out soon.
       but basically this is how i think FA should work and how it does
       in most sports and leagues and etc.
       lets say we have a 12 game season with 3 games per week, there
       will be 1-2 days for teams to pick up a FA. how will we know who
       can get who? easy, have a wavier wire, there is 6 teams and the
       team with the worst record at that time would have the top
       waiver pick and the 2nd worst having the 2nd and so on.. so lets
       say a 0-2 team wants to pick up someone and a 1-1 team wants to
       pick them up the 0-2 will get that player.
