       Deleting your clan

       I have noticed that a lot of clan leaders delete their clan
       after they have suffered one defeat. I'd like to point out that
       this is not the way to run a clan. Therefor I made a new rule in
       hope to keep most clan active. The rule is as followed;
       "If you as clan leader delete your clan without a good reason,
       you will not be allowed to re-make a clan or be a co-leader in
       the next 3 months."
       Reasons like: "we cannot win against them with rune armours." Do
       not count as a good reason. I hope I can stop the lack of
       leadership with this rule and keep a steady clan activity.
