Horrible Bosses has its funny moments, but there's a couple
things that just don't add up: really hard to believe that
Jennifer Aniston's character would have any interest in that
weasly assistant. And they seemed to put to sleep every damn
patient that came into the office (and I mean that literally
and, er, literally). Do dentists really put you own to change a
crown? I was unable to willingly suspend my belief on those
       things.

Changing a crown shouldn't require a patient to be put out.
Sometimes a crowned tooth does require a root canal if
additional decay occurs and it wasn't done earlier, but that
still shouldn't require anything other than local. It would be
impossible to change a crown without a temporary having been put
in place in a prior appointment as the impressions needed for
the new crown almost always require the destruction of the
       first.

Oh yeah, Sophist, there were a few things that didn't make sense
about the movie. I had to force the suspension of belief a
       couple times. Still enjoyed it.
I do wonder if, in about 10 years, it will be as painful to
watch Kevin Spacey act as it is to watch Jack Nicholson now.
I enjoy Spacey right now, but I can see his acting evolving into
a gross caricature, a la Nicholson.

Kaiser Soze, still one of my favorite rolls, Spacey nailed that
       one.

Michelin selects 56 Chicago restaurants for good value
(Crain's) — Chicago's restaurants got another visit from the
Michelin man as the venerable guide named its "good value"
places to eat in the city.
Michelin, the French tire company that has branched into travel
and leisure guides, on Wednesday released its 2012 Bib Gourmand
list. Fifty-six Chicago restaurants landed on the new list; 46
       made the cut for 2011.

Surprised to hear your lack of enthusiasm over Wilco.
I like them fine and get it why people love them -- but Nick
       Lowe is way cooler.
