Right, just hold a gun to their heads.
It's up to the player to produce.
Some "talent" just isn't there, other "talent" isn't being put
into play.

But if they are underperforming its the managers job to manage
the team to get the most out of them. If its a talent problem
then its the GM's baby

Most of the blame for this stinky team can be laid at the feet
of Kenny, not Ozzie.
