I watched more Sox telecasts this year than I have in three
years combined, and I have to say that Hawk has improved. No
mentions of greased tees and sphincters that I can recall, was
wondering if the broadcast execs asked him to knock that sh1t
off. The two gripes against him that I'm aware of are his
"homerism" (doesn't bother me, I'm pulling for the same team and
appreciate the enthusiasm) and his egosim (always sharing his
experiences as a player/broadcaster/fan -- again, I find most of
his observations pertinent and entertaining).
(Odd that he never shares his insight about his GM experience
though...)

Carlton Fisk Arrested For DUI
October 23, 2012 3:29 PM
(WSCR) Former White Sox catcher and Hall of Famer Carlton Fisk
was arrested for DUI last night in Illinois after allegedly
driving his truck into the middle of a corn field.
New Lenox police received a call about a car in the middle of a
corn field around 7:20 Monday evening.
When police arrived, Fisk was unconscious at the wheel of his
truck. In addition to DUI, police also charged Fisk with lane
use violation and illegal transportation of alcohol, because an
open bottle of vodka was found in the car.
The 64-year-old Fisk was released this morning. He will appear
in court Nov. 29.
