I sure wouldnt bet a penny on that prediction. People are still
up in arms and if this economy doesnt pick up even Palin could
be elected. There will be a big backlash vote against Obama. I'd
bet on that before I'd bet on a Dufus landslide.

Have you been to the grocery store or gas station lately, Shoe?
I though you said inflation wasn't going to happen!?! Well,
it's here and it's only going to get worse. Obama and his
party's profligate spending and borrowing are killing the
dollar. They're toast in 2012. No chance in hell that idiotic
party is elected in large numbers.
And the RINOs in the Republican Party better grow a pair or
       they'll be toast, too.

BTW - thank GOD we didn't get out of our Corolla and into a
minivan last fall... otherwise we'd be paying $75-$80 a week to
       fill up.
But $45/wk ain't easy, either. It's killing single income
       families like mine.

       Hey look, a birth certificate!
As a politico, I can't believe he released it. He could have
used as a distraction all the way through the 2012 election.

Attended a small coffee and question session with Rick Santorum
yesterday before his Chairman's Series speech in Cedar Rapids.
A dozen of us and Santorum sitting in the middle of Perkins
       Family Restaurant.
Very intelligent guy, well-thought out positions. I didn't
consider him an upper tier candidate before yesterday, but he
could surprise here. Definitely understands retail politics and
his conservative credentials will sell well.
Not sure if he can win coastal states, but heartland and Texas
are all going to be competitive areas for him.

And yes, I was very tempted to ask him "What's Barack Obama's
problem?", just to see if he would reply with "He's Barack
       Obama!"

Again with this myth... Micro prices arnt going up due to
inflation... Republicans will lose alteast 60% of their gains
from the last election... the blue hairs will punish rand paul
       and his attack on medicare..

Also think the republicans are making a mistake trying to wait
till the last min to declare their candidacy... the longer
shills like trump hold onto the news cycle the more and more
       independents will ignore their platform.
I feel bad for guys like Mitt, Palin/Donald will pretty much
ensure he doesnt get the bid again... and so far he seems like
about the only one that could really beat Obama.
