I specifically mentioned the FDA hands out Orphan drug status...
and that is and should continue... this will allow drug
companies to continue to innovate and create new drugs. The
problem is drugs that dont require such status, that no longer
cost so much to produce or require more research are still sold
at those prices in the US but no where else in the world. why?

They are still turning a profit while operating in those
countries... do you think they are giving their drugs away in
belize and then making up for it here?
If they were losing money selling those drugs down there... they
simply wouldnt do business there.

Not what I said. Not even close. I've stated multiple times on
multiple occasions that there is plenty to criticize.
I just got done saying that in hindsight, Iraq was a mistake.
I didn't even bother to read the rest of that diatribe because
that straw man statement is so intellectually dishonest.
Boots on the ground or no in Libya is not the point. This
President campaigned on his insistence that we had no right to
enter into any military action without Congressional approval.
This President campaigned on his insistence that we had no
attacking/invading sovereign countries that did not pose a
threat to the U.S.
You can ignore the hypocrisy if you would like. He campaigned as
the anti-Bush, he is nothing more than Bush's 3rd term with a
liberal spending spree, and you are giving him kudos for it.

Ofcourse you wouldnt read the rest of it... since it plainly
points out Bush had contrary intelligence... and he simply
choose to ignore it.

No problem debating in a lvl headed manner.
to take a line out of the neocon lexicon. Libya is not a war...
so no congressional approval required. this is a door the bush
administration opened... and every executive from here forward
will take advantage of it. Once there are boots on the ground
its a different story...
I'm agreeing with you that GWB is the bestest ever... Well not
