       The website is still around a week away. I have gone for a plain
       site but with features like a ticket system and auto invoicing.
       We don't need pretty pictures we need something so that sales
       and after sales service are catered for. The reason it will take
       so long is that there will be a knowledge base on there which I
       am hoping will give everyone anything and everything in regards
       to info that you will need. Trying to get everyone to one
       portal. The forum will always stay and facebook will always
       pretty much be there. As you know I am not a sales at all costs
       kind of guy and even though I am currently going through some
       personal issues I don't want to lose that personal touch when it
       comes to customers. Unfortunately this has happened to a degree,
       This is not down to the amount of customers it is due to the
       amount of contact portals, Everyone under one "roof" will help
       with that and help ensure that our after sales service will be
       second to none. Selling really is the easy bit responding and
       resolving problems quickly and with the minimum of fuss is the
       hard part. I am putting in a lot of hours at the moment in the
       hope that the end result will benefit everyone.
