       As you may have seen on facebook I am looking to totally move
       away from there. It really is frustrating that I cant go for a
       pee without coming back to 20 plus messages. It is so
       frustrating I have so many things that I do in the backround and
       that I am working on I get pushed back constantly. Some are
       genuine issues but so many are a waste of time. Maybe just a
       break off facebook or just manage it differently.

       Totally agree mate, this forum will allow you to be a lot more
       productive.
