She nodded at Lightanis's answer. But on the other hand, Madness
seemed to have an idea. "If you're confident about your idea,
Mad, then why not? But the others will need my help, so it
better be worth it." R crossed her arms and her tail swept the
cold lifeless ground. She hesitated. It was nice and all to have
someone who she remotely trusted but....

"What?!" Lori was shocked at her attack not working, but then a
blue blur took the spider before it could attack the rest of the
group. But the arrival of the pink hedgehog made her furious at
Vesper, her eyes still flickering with red in anger. And my
knife fell into the stupid pit, just great! she added in her
mind. Now that pink hedgehog is half dead, and that jerk Vesper
got away!
And when the blue hedgefox suggested something, Lori stayed with
her, the cat, a particularly angered Sonic, and the two winged
Mobians as she too waited for the others to return. She wasn't
about to fight Vesper if she didn't have something that could
actually hurt Vesper. Sighing, the amber hedgehog began to pace,
trying to dispel her sudden onrush of nervousness as she tried
to wait patiently.

Well that backfired. Fem wasn't amused about how her plan had
gone sour as it was now more than just her and R to carry out
her idea while the others hit inside the barn. Seeing as Lori
had no weapon she couldn't just leave her there while her and R
carried out her idea. [I]"so I guess i'm dragging you along
too."[/I] Fem said to Lori, not as annoyed as she could have
been, she was fairly pleased that she was working with just
females on her idea, she then pointed to the dilapidated
farmhouse that nobody seemed to have given a second thought
since their arrival at the area. [I](*)[/I] [I]"See the house
girls? Now ask yourself, where is a criminal genius like
whatever we're dealing with overall going to hide anything
important? Wherever they least expect us to check of course. And
seeing as there's only two variables here, the barn and the
house, a criminal would think 'hmm, they're going to expect it
to be in the barn because the house it too obvious' and
therefore leave it in the house. So what say we look in the
house to see if we can find what we're here for hmm?"[/I] she
suggested to the duo.

Relic shuffled awkwardly as the group moved towards the barn.
She hadn't done much during the fight, other than kick away a
few of the spiderlings. She crossed her arms and frowned
slightly as the group seemed to talk briefly, before making
their way towards the barn that the dark woman had dissapeared
into. 'They've probably got it under control...' Relic thought
to herself awkwardly, looking around. She blinked, noticing Fem
lingering outside with a few of the others and pointing to the
house a short distance away. 'That house... maybe there's
something hidden in there?' Relic wondered. 'It definitely seems
a lot less...scary..' Relic nodded slightly, before turning to
her hovering companion. "Fixit, I'm going to see if there's
anything in the house over there. Go fill in Knuckles on what's
happening, and if he doesn't need your help then go back to..
uh, wherever I am." She frowned for a moment, before turning her
attention back to the robot. "Okay?"
Fixit nodded and saluted. [Of course, Madame Relic,] Fixit
agreed, despite the fact that she couldn't hear him. [I'll go
right away. Do be careful?]
Relic smiled at the robot. "Thanks, Fixit! Be careful, alright?"
The Pika asked, unaware that he had just given her a similar
request. She waved slightly, before turning and making her way
towards the house.

On top of what they were dealing with, an unearthly, artificial
scream errupted from where Vesper had retreated to. It was
immediately followed by a bang, one of similar to a sonic boom
as a collosal pulse ripped through some walls and pushed the
Mobians present back. The ground quaked at the very motion,
creating deep cracks and miniature craters from the boom.
Vesper was unharmed.

The house was indeed a trap all who entered were now whisked
away from the mortal plane enveloped in darkness.

As for those on the outside hands reached up from the cracks in
the ground and begun to claw their way to the surface. Soon the
bodies of the dead and damned begun to walk the earth. Some were
rotting corpses others were screaming souls alight in flame.
These demonic images slowly shambled towards the party moaning
and whaling in pain.

R glanced at the amber hedgehog Lori and quickly examined her.
She had no weapon so R didn't think much of it. R smirked at the
hedgefox's idea. "I like how you think. Might as well have a
look in there anyway." She took a step forward when an ear
piercing scream followed by a loud bang sounded. R flinched and
covered her ears. The ground cracked and shaked and then hands
began to reach up from the depths. The undead bodies crawled up
and advanced towards the group. Some flaming souls wandered
about.
"What the?" she said as she leapt back, equipping two long
curved boomerang-like swords with red patterns along the blade.
The green gem, as always, glistened in the dark land.
"Guess we have some undead company. Is it possible to kill
something that's already dead?" she thought. R threw one of the
boomerang blades at the first zombie. If her throw was correct,
it would pierce the zombie's neck and ricochet to the next
zombie beside it then come back into her grip.

the unholy beings started to walk towards the others whom were
outside with her. "Back to winch you came, unholy whelps!" she
shouted as she kicked one of them near her. She wasn't familiar
with this art of combat but did her best. She looked around for
her brother, but didn't see him. "Dammit," she cursed, kicking
and punching more of them. Her wings were sparking with light
blue embers and tiny flames. What appeared to be a mist came
out from openings in her visor. It was clear her temper was
closer to the surface than ever before.[/font]

The cyan hedgehog hovered like a rocket towards the barn where
Vesper had escaped, however the hedgehog rebounded through the
air as the unholy scream bursts and created a sonic boom. The
presence of the hedgewolf and vampire were becoming faint, he
had to chase Vesper in order to avenge the pink hedgehog whom
she had tortured. He quickly gained his momentum and with enough
power he thrusts himself towards and zips right inside the
house.

Each of the undead nightmares fell one after the other
decapitated bashed and bruised. Little did they know each and
every wound the forced upon the undead would be applied ten fold
to their allies trapped in the darkness. The numbers begun to
thin out and Vesper's plan was beginning to bare fruit.
