The pair chimed one after the other while Genevieve flicked her
ears and the veil vanished. They side-glanced to each other
before finally nodding once.
"Please-"
"-lead the way."

"I see~ However I am not familiar with your technique~ It piques
my curiosity!" She smiled, sweetly.
She snapped her fingers three times, as the three flames appears
around the small group and began to swirl around them in such a
fast pace.
In but a flash where they infront of the garden gates.
She looked around, as if to double check if her home, her place
her serenity truly was as untouched as they promised.
As the flames extinguished, a nervous, portly and trembling fox
was greeting at the door.
Apparently he let out a yelp the moment they appeared.
"O...Oh thank g..goodness for a second I was expecting it to be
S..seiji-kun b.... but he never appears in front of me.." His
eyes widened as he realized that his younger brother was near
his mother.
"O...of course th...that isn't to say..!!" He whimpered.
"Stop being the king of the tw'ats and open the fu'cking gate
already you unwanted sack of sh'it!" The mongrel barked out,
however yelped when he felt his step mother's cane tap a sweet
spot on his metal leg through his pant leg.
"Enough." She chided, as the door opened, looking towards ther
well dressed couple.
"Please, follow us. We'll finalize the contract, and we will get
right to work." She concluded.
"T...the kettle is boiling, O...okaasama..." The portly fox
murmured, as he glanced towards the Fox and Owl.
"Arigatou~" She smiled, "This is my eldest Son, Masaichi. He
will be here to make sure nothing off happens with this
transaction, Is that fair?"

The pair had been rather quiet, simply observing as the events
unfold. They watched the flames in awe, despite revealing little
of their fascination on their features and before they knew it,
the pair found themselves elsewhere; at a beautiful garden.
Genevieve's ears and Jerome's eyes were drawn to focus upon
Masaichi for a while, noting his behaviour and how he interacted
with the rest of his family. The more they watched, the more it
only confirmed that there was certainly a lot more than what
meets the eye with the Soyagoukas; excluding the requirements of
their family business. How Junko had easily put the pair on
edge, Seiji being rather direct and up front and how anxious
this elder son seemed to be acting.
They followed quietly as per requested, taking in all they can
see and hear within the vicinity.
"It is a pleasure-"
"-to meet you Maisachi."
"We are Genevieve and-"
"-Jerome."

Masaichi bowed, "It's nice to meet you, Mr. Jerome, M...miss
Genevieve" He remarked, as his eyes darted about for a few
moments, mostly to keep on his younger brother.
"Your Father is.."
"Asleep, Okaasama. It would've been in poor taste to wake him
after his business affairs earlier today..."
The Elder Vixen's eyes narrowed, "...No. This is good." She gave
a bit of a smile, "He will know about this when he awakes."
That smile was hard to coin however, as she slowly made her way
towards the pagoda.
"A...ah, Hai, Okaasama."
"If he has any qualms about it, Do not worry~ I'll handle it."
She reassured.
As she walked up to the entrance, she turned, a few odd shaped
pieces of paper fluttered towards her, carrying an enveloped
tied in red ribbon.
"Arigatou." She muttered, picking out the envelope, then
motioned with her fingers to scatter about.
There was a whimper, and a frantic looking about as the Oldest
son realized that his eyes on his mother's Shikigami...
Caused him to lose gaze on Seiji.
He was gone.
"O..oh nooo...." He whimpered again, as he glanced over towards
the duo, quickly coughing and wiping his brow, "P...please
follow me. We just need y..y..you to sign a few contracts and
agreements.. t...then enjoy the t..tea if you h..have time!!" He
exclaimed.
He held out a shaken suit-lined hand to direct them to the
pagoda.
Masaichi breathed deeply, as he would wait for them to walk so
he would keep behind them.
"I...I would be h...happy to answer any questions..!! I..if you
have them of course!"
Precautionary measures as usual...
One cannot be sure of clients afterall.
But this always made it more likely he'd get scared to almost
death.

The two replied one after the other flawlessly, though they were
still ever watchful of their surroundings. It seemed that this
couple and the Soyagoukas were highly alert of each other; which
at any rate was probably for the best for the both of them. They
nodded simultaneously and proceeded forward as per requested,
they looked rather curious about the first impressions of this
family dynamic already.
"Actually we do have a couple of-"
"-curiosities running through our minds."
"Think of it as getting acquainted -"
"- with our Contractors."
"In fact, we are happy to answer-"
"-any of your own curiosities-"
"-to the best of our ability."
"Is the reason for the possibility-"
"-of your father protesting against this-"
"-contract a result of the 'festival' we had conducted?"
"Or rather, a celebration of collecting goods." Genevieve added.
"Forgive us for prying, though do we make you nervous?"
"For there should be little reason to, as we have left
everything-"
"-in relation or connection to your family-"
"-untouched."
"... Unless it is a personal issue you wish not to discuss?"

The oldest Son was looking about, wringing his hands as he
listened to them, a bit rattled how they spoke;
That's.... weird.
"A...ah erm no. Otousama had no real care in the festival...
s..So you should be ok!" He chimed about.
However he jumped and gave an overly cautious smile, "O...oh!!
No... nonononononono It's not you! I'm sorry for seeming so
persnickety!!" He whimpered.
"I..it's just... I...." He trailed off as he looked around,
"I... get like this o...out of habit... "
His ear twitched, as he shifted and looked about.
"D...did you hear c..cackling!?"
A clear point that the garden was as serene as it could be...
and his younger brother managed to drive the larger, huskier one
and should be more imposing one to constant paranoia.
"...I assure you Seiji-kun won't be an issue, Masaichi-kun."
Junko said, as she gave him a reassuring smile once they got to
the pagoda.
"...Well partially assure. He has a business contract in works
with them as well. I am sure he wouldn't want to mess that up."
"A..ah... Hai, O..okaasama..." He managed out, as he gave
another reassuring smile. "M...may I ask how the two of you
complete each other sentences like that? I..it's very
interesting!!"

The pair glanced at each other, "No we heard nothing of the
sort." Jerome replied.
"And I can hear everything." Genevieve added, her ears
twitching.
The both smiled, precisely the exact same, crooked smile - they
even had the same amount of dimples at the exact same places.
"Our ability to-"
"-complete one another's sentences-"
"-is a result of a gift of sorts from Le Gerant."
"When we agreed to work under his guidance-"
"-and our ability to accelerate results with our natural
talents-"
"-he granted us the unique gift of sharing everything the
brain-"
"-is capable of doing. In a way-"
"-it is now as though we are the same person-"
"-yet completely different Mobians at the same time."
"For as we are sure you have noticed-"
"-that we make precisely the exact same movements-"
"-for just about everything."
"With the few exceptions of actions such as-"
"-dancing or the differences in male-"
"-and female bodily functions."
"Which explains why we are constantly together-"
"-not that other Brume Verrouiller aren't always in pairs."
"It just means that it especially applies to us."

"O...oh... Well that's good..." He muttered, an embarrassed
blush as he wiped his brow.
He listened to the duo explain their manner of speaking...
"Le Gerant?"
He had to be honest, he was hoping to hear something sweet and
endearing..
Nothing to sound as creepy,and freakish as what he assumed was
business as usual for that... Cult Seiji left off to and got
worse.
"O...oh! It is an... interesting G...gift! I...I mean for a bit
I assumed all of you can do that! B....but that's ok!!" He
exclaimed, wiping his brow as he realized his mother had
everything ready;
Five cups of tea, and a few pages of paper, as well as an odd
ornamented pen.
"Please... Sit down." Junko asked, still a rather sharp tone,
yet far gentler than what she had prior.
She held a careful smile, "Our own contract, was to fetch you a
certain ore, yes? Might I ask how you would figure our Family to
handle such dealings within the Market? We aren't quite known
for that... as we are for Other things..."
Masaichi kept towards the door, until they sat down across from
her, then soon sat to the side of her, as if to mediate and
witness.
"They aren't here for protection? O...or...?"
"No. This is why Daichi would not be suited to handle this." Her
eyes narrowed as she kept to her smile, "As you are speaking for
your... Employer, Shall I assume you know this? You already know
quite a bit about our family... only Key things are made known
by the public."

"Le Gerant is our leader." Jerome answered Masaichi.
"We are very observant-"
"- Mrs Soyagouka." the two repeated insistently before adding:
"We also have access to information-"
"-about other groups similar to your own-"
"-information that is not of this Mobius."
"Those similarities are what drew us-"
"-to find you."
"Though all the information is not-"
"-necessarily all the same. It gave us-"
"-a general idea."
"The rest was based on your-"
"-reactions."
"Were you to react accordingly-"
"-which you did."
"Then the similarities remain accurate to a degree."
"At least, to the right degree required."
"If you were to not react accordingly-"
"-then you do not have the assumptions-"
"-we were after and we would have moved on."
"If Seiji didn't react accordingly-"
"-his prize would simply be-"
"-another pie."
The pair smiled, then blinked at the same time.

"It certainly isn't the most... odd thing I have heard in my
life~" Junko chimed, as she watched them carefully, slowly
uncapping the pen.
"Please, do enjoy the Tea~" She added, "However I am glad we
have met, regardless it was towards your little game. To play a
trickster is certainly exciting~!"
She set the pen down again, on top of the papers, as if noting
she is ready to proceed with their contract.
Masaichi gently sipped the tea, "N..not of this mobius? Like.. a
different world?" He asked, tilting his head, "E..excuse me for
asking, but whatever world are you from.. is it like this world
at all? Have you traveled many worlds? T..that sounds exciting."
