RIDERS: Emeralds under Fire. Rouge and Blaze (The Cat).

(As the name would tell you, this thread is for Blaze the Cat
and Rouge the... here comes a rhyme... CAT. heh heh. ... Checks
what he just said. Oh wait sorry, I meant Rouge the BAT. Heh.
Woooord scramblllle. XD)
Two packaged air boards appeared on top of Rouge and Blaze as
what could possibly be a crude kind of 'delivery' tactic, or it
could just be HDSVADL going along with what options they have
seeing as Wes was already preoccupied with a delivery. Either
way the customers had their boards and could go racing with them
as they so wished.
(Sorry girls but I didn't have much of an idea for setting you
off. :-/ )

Blaze had been sitting on a bench as the board was dropped on
her. She let out a yelp as the board knocked her out of her
seat. She noticed the shape of the package and slowly began to
tare it open. She smirked as the package tore away and dropped
by her feet before turning to ash as Blaze stomped on the pieces
of packaging, a hover board know visible. The board was a fairly
normal shape for its make but the design on it was a bit
peculiar. A flame behind a green emerald cut gem was painted on
the board, the background of the combined symbols was a solid
lavender. Blaze did a lap around the area, avoiding pedestrians
as she went. She stopped by the bench she previously was sitting
at and said "Might as well see if anyone around here is up for a
race~ I really need some practice on this thing~" She then began
scanning the area for another carrying, or being hit by, a board
of their own for a little practice round.

Rouge was leaning against the wall in an unobtrusive location,
wearing something other than her usual catsuit for a change.
While she was clearly herself, the floral printed sportswear was
less distinctive than her usual outfit, and for now that was
what she wanted. Not to mention it would be better suited for
what she was planning on doing with her day. She looked up and
grinned slightly as the package appeared above her, reaching up
at catching it without missing a beat. Unwrapping it revealed
the special model she had ordered, dubbed the 'Temptation'
board.
"Cute," Rouge snickered slightly, setting the airboard to hover
slightly above the ground. "Real cute. Of course, the important
thing is how it flies." Taking the board out of it's idle mode,
she took a few quick steps before hopping on top of it, getting
a bit of speed before jumping over a cluster of passerby. She
smirked at the startled expressions of the gathered Mobians
before landing again, moving her board to circle the outside of
the area. She glanced around before spotting a lavender tail
tipped with deep purple turning around the bend.
'Is that who I think it is?' Rouge wondered to herself. 'Well,
only one way to find out.' Rouge urged the Temptation forward,
turning the corner and pulling up next to Blaze. She waved at
the cat cheekily, pulling up ahead and turning to look back at
the cat, giving the full illusion that she didn't need to look
where she was going to maneuver skillfully through the area.
"Hey there~! Long time no see, sweetie. What brings you here?"
She made a slight show of looking around for someone. "And
wheres your little sidekick?"

"Hello again. Marine is currently at a shopping area looking for
random stuff to keep her busy while I waited for THIS to
arrive." The feline pointed to her air board. She then smiled
"So you up for a little race?~" Blaze asked, hoping to get in
some practice in a compition on her board.
(Sorry for bad post and spelling errors but my computer is
complete poop so I'm currently posting with mobile.)

Rouge grinned slightly. "Well, that's one way to get her out of
your hair, huh?" Rouge tilted her head at the request for a
race, before her grin widened slightly. She turned to face
forward again, falling back slightly to fly side-by-side with
the cat. "A race, hm~? Alright, I'm game." She looked around the
area. "How about...three trips around the shopping center. Our
starting line, and finish line, is that shop-" Rouge pointed
across the way at a jewelry store, naturally the first
establishment to catch her eye. "-and winner owes the other a
favor. In your case, you'd be paying off your tab for the last
job I did for you!" Rouge smirked slightly as they approached
the store. "Ready, go!" Without waiting for the cat to respond,
Rouge poured on the speed, already starting the race.

Blaze soon followed Rouge shouting "Hey no fair! Ever heard of
1,2,3 Go!?!" A slight senae of sarcassem in her voice.

[I](Oh good you two left me a minute to throw some info. :P Same
as with Ty and Silvanah I'll tell you what you rolled on dice,
first to 60 points is victorious. No Electric Gate for the start
so no 'start grid' dice roll.

Rouge winked and waved back at Blaze. "Hey, I didn't say we had
to race fair, now did I~?" With her head start, Rouge pulled
ahead of Blaze, weaving through the startled pedestrians to
maintain her speed and her lead in the race. She quickly reached
out and grabbed onto a pipe attached to one of the buildings,
turning sharply around the corner and continuing to speed
through the shopping area. 'I hope that this race won't be
[color=pink]too[i] easy!' Rouge thought to herself with a grin.
Growing a bit overconfident, she closed her eyes and took a
moment to appreciate the feeling of soaring through the air at
high speeds. Sure it wasn't flying, but she would take what she
could get.

Blaze zoomed behind her, calling "Don't get to coc'ky~ I wont
let you win THAT easily!~" She weaved through the pedestrians
behind Rouge, smiling, honestly having a good bit of fun.
