RIDERS: 'Quick' to hate isn't a good way to be. Fem and Ajax.
By: Female Madness Date: October 4, 2014, 3:50 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
(This thread is for Madness/Fem and Ajax.)
After Fem had fixed Robin up due to his brush with nature
(literally) her teleporter took her and the (now happily content
in his device) AI off towards mobotropolis, Fem had ordered one
of HDSVADL's base air boards and handed it over to the design
boffins in Castela's design department asking them for some help
in designing skates with the same kind of power to the boards.
They had came through in good time and now as she found a spot
up in trees she found herself peering through her rifle not to
blow somebody's brains out for once, but to find a male carrying
a board around that she could challenge to and humiliate by
winning a race. "come oooon. there's gotta be someone dumb
enough." she said to herself as she continued scanning her
surroundings through her scope.

Ajax would be the first in her sights; he, too, had donned a
pair of air skates, the grav shoes from Miana. He was not racing
to get anywhere in particular, however, and simply glided along
his path, paying no heed to the hedgefox watching from above. In
his own mind, he too thought of the possibility of a race; what
a thrill it could be, granted his opponent was someone worth
mentioning.

Soon enough she did indeed spot Ajax in her rifle's viewscope.
"Just the kind of idiot I could use a race with." she
said to herself as she aimed her rifle in his direction, she on
purposely aimed a little further forward than she normally would
and fired a shot intending for it to whizz right in front of his
eyes and catch his attention, after firing the shot she jumped
to a structure closer to him so that he would be able to see
her.
(Cheers Ajax.)

The bullet whizzed his way, alright; it was so close that is
split straight through his hair, causing him to jump back in
horror and scream out, "Jeez louweez, what the fu'ck?!" As he
shot backwards, he frantically looked about in search of the
shooter, pulling his knife out to lunge out and strike down the
assassin. It was much to his surprise when he saw the hedgefox
girl, looking more like a simple civilian than anything else
while holding a military grade rifle. "What the hell are you
doing?! Looking for someone to split you open, you reckless
asshat?!"

She just let out a laugh. "Let me guess, all bark and no
bite? That knife wouldn't do you any good in case you're as dumb
as the typical male gets." she pointed out to him confident
he wouldn't fight, a duo carrying one of the 'electric start
gates' caught her eye. "Hey! you two!" she called out to
the duo. "Just drop it there!" and the two weren't about
to disagree with a wielder of a heavy duty rifle, they dropped
the start gate and dashed off. Fem then looked back at the Lynx.
"How'd you feel about proving me wrong about you having no
balls and taking me on in a race?" she asked him thinking
that the insults to him would make him play along.

Ajax wasn't ready to play along just yet, and he launched
himself up to Madness, closing the distance in the blink of an
eye. He held the blade close to her throat, frowning. "You
really that confident, now? Taunting someone from the Red
Sentinels?" He glanced over to the electric gate mechanisms,
knowing exactly what she meant, and finally smiled. "If you want
a race, then what's in it for me if I win, nutbag?"

She just rolled her eyes at his attempt at intimidation. "One
commander of forces to another is it?" she asked him as she
pulled out a small pink ball and bounced it, the knife and the
ball disappeared. "You amuse me, maybe you're not as dumb as
most-" she just burst out laughing. "Nope, nope, you're a
male, of course you're dumb!" she concluded, anybody who
knew her attitude wouldn't be surprised. "But that gave me an
idea, if you win you get your knife back. I don't really need
anything if I win. Humiliating a male will be enough for
me." she told him. "In? or chicken?" she asked him
before skating over to about the 'starting' distance from the
electric grid.

He snorted at her coc'ky attitude, moving over himself to the
starting area. "Even if I loose, I want my damn blade back," he
said showing the other. He glowed a little red as he said it as
well. "I'm the last guy you want to pi'ss off." It was the
truth, what he said, as well; he didn't mind a race, but he was
not about to let some undisciplined, overconfident rodent taunt
him, a well-trained soldier from possibly the finest military
company that Mobius had ever seen.

Knowing that she was angering a male just made her smile.
"That's almost cute." she told him as a 'countdown'
screen hovered above the active gate. "Just follow the loop
tough guy. Think you can do that without getting lost or
scrambling your male brain?" she asked him with one more
mockery before the race would get underway, '5' appearing on the
screen.
(Sonic said that as arc host there's no problem with me
rolling dice for races, just for battles that an admin or mod
has to do it. Soooo yeah, i'm gonna try to be fair mind you. And
yes this is Fem's regular attitude around males. Sorry.

Although her mockery was said, it fell on deaf ears, as Ajax
focused himself on the start gate; eventually, all the noise
around him was dulled, his mind set on one thing, and that was
winning this race to humiliate his brash challenger. The 5
appeared on screen, and he braced himself to start.
