       Even with the chaotic events unfolding in Mobotropolis there
       have been rumours of citizens noticing that an unusual and
       frequent sightings of Mobians in groups of two a acting
       strangely. They have been seen by the dozens, sitting or
       standing in highly populated areas of the city and just simply
       staring. Staring at buildings mostly, sometimes at passerbys,
       not saying a word to each other or anyone else and staying as
       still as statues. When anyone approached them and insistently
       barraged them with questions they have simply vanished and
       teleported away.
