Sapphire reached out and took his hands, holding them gently
with her own, looking up at him as she gave him a warm smile.
"There's no need to apologise, Mr.Forte, you don't have to be
formal with me, I don't mind" she said "I am well now, thanks to
you" she nodded, "I like your smile too by the way" she added
quickly, thinking it right to let him know, she didn't know if
he smiled more around other people or anything, but she hadn't
seen him smile too much before now, probably because he was too
busy in an argument with Sonic, but she'd sure love to see him
have it more often! He deserved to smile!
After a few moments, she let go if his hands and took a little
step back.
"I'd love to meet Nissima, she sounds like a very lovley person
by what you've told me so far, and I bet she is" she said, her
ears perked up a little at the end of his comment, "This era,
would be the best I think, my era's a little... Dangerous.." She
put her hands behind her back looking aside for a few seconds
before looking back up at the Prince, giving a light smile, "I
look forward to meeting her!"

Forte blinked, "You... like my...Smile?" he repeated, honestly
never knowing when he smiles...
For the most part, the Prince has always been told he did
nothing but scowl and frown.
Such marks meant to intimidate one's foes!
"..I wasn't aware I was doing as such..." He growled, listening
to her more, as he tilted his head.
"...Perhaps. Nissima... isn't exactly healthy. She wishes to
play with the other whelps, but she must stay in her chambers."
He was however curious about one thing...
"If I might ask... Why is your Era... Dangerous? Is it difficult
for me to understand, or is it not allowed?"

Sapphire nodded enthusiastically, "Uh Huh!"
She frowned slightly, "Why must she stay in her chambers and not
play?" She asked, then she placed a hand over her mouth, "If you
don't mind me asking.." She added softly. She mentally added
'whelps' to the list of things to ask Sonic later.
She frowned a little more, at the thought of her time, "It's..
There's.." She paused, tapping her right foot to help her think.
"Lots of things have gone haywire..and it's just dangerous to
even go for a walk, we're always told to stay inside and not to
wander... Even going for a walk on the border's dangerous...
[sub]found that one out the hard way[/sub]" she mumbled, placing
her left hand on her right arm.
"Mum and Dad would also be pretty upset if I brought people from
another time there too..." She nodded slowly, looking away,
"besides this era has many very pretty spots to visit and play
in, anyway, I've found heaps of awesome spots, oh Oh does
Nissima like animals?" She asked rather quickly.

He tilted his head, his eye ridges furrowed, "...Why is the
future like that..? For it to be dangerous??" He asked, "Are you
in this era to be away from such danger??"
Before he could ask any more question concerting the Future...
She posed more questions about Nissima.
"She is... Just ill. She.. cannot be out of her room, where
everything is pristine for her. Only a few times a year, for
certain festivals is she allowed out of it... to sing her Aria."
He blinked as he sighed slightly, "I am sure... she would enjoy
a few of them if she saw one up close. She hasn't exactly been
about any creatures... only myself, her hand maiden, and my
family are allowed to be about her..."
Forte blinked and quickly looked up, "B...but just your words..
and your practice.. I am sure I would be able to have you meet
her."

Sapphire fiddled with her hands, and kept her gaze to the
ground.
"It's like that because of bad people.." She said quietly,
"..Violent.. Cold hearted .. Selfish people..." Her ears
lowered, "who care only about themselves.. Like Robotnik.." She
tried to look at Forte, but just couldn't seem to do it. "I am
partly here because of the danger.. I want to find someway to
solve it.. But I don't know how.." She put her left hand over
her left cheek, closing her eyes, "I don't even know where to
start.."
She sighed, then focused back on the topic of his sister. "ill?"
Her ears lowered a little more, only a few times a year, for
certain special days... That sounded familiar to Sapphire. That
was pretty much how much her parents visited home.. She felt
very bad for Nissima, Sapphire did have a limited space as to
where she was allowed to go back home but she didn't have to
just stay in a room, nor was she ever really sick. And now she
was free and enjoying it, and poor Nissima...
"M..maybe I could show her some? If she wanted? If you wanted?
I'd love to show her some creatures, and I'm sure they'd love to
see her!" She said, as enthusiastically as she could manage.

The Prince wanted to know about such a future.. to know if he
could help...
He was more than happy to dispose of such dangerous Mobians.
It is what he has trained to do, after all!
...But he was noticing how... weary... dare one say 'Dodgy' on
this subject.
"I am sure... she would be happy to see such creatures... She
enjoys seeing new things."

"I'm really looking forward to meeting Nissima" she nodded,
managing a glance up at the Dragon Prince "I'll make sure to
bring lots of things" she managed a small smile, "and show her
as much as I can"
She looked aside for a few moments, before focusing back on
Forte, "If you don't mind me asking.. What kinda illness does
she have? Is there anyway I can help with getting her cured?"
She asked, looking back up at him. "I'd be more than happy to
help out"

Forte blinked, then looked away for a moment, "...What
illness..." He repeated, as he looked back towards her, "I... Do
not quite know... But I know my Family have been searching for a
cure... something for her since she was a hatchling..."
He swallowed a bit, "One day she will be cured... Perhaps you
could help to cure her... Perhaps..." He murmured.
He seemed to be lost in thought, then shook his head,
"Apologies... I honestly should know... but I simply... don't. I
just try and keep her happy... "

Sapphire frowned sadly, closing her eyes for a few moments,
before nodding and opening her eyes again, "She will be cured
one day, yes, definatley" she said, meaning it, there's always a
cure! There's always a way to fix things! Right? Her father used
to always say that there was a way to solve everything...
Sometimes it took a bit of time but there was always a solution
to problems... She liked to think that there was too.
She forced a smile up at the Prince, "There's no need to
apologise~ If you don't know, you don't know, but that doesn't
mean you can't cure her" she said, "Keeping her happy is the
best kind of medicine" she added, giving another nod.

The prince had a clear frown on his face, as he looked away, but
he noticed her frown as well.
...He wasn't one for.. keeping such a thing secret... but this
is for the best.
Especially best for Nissima.
He had to give an attempt of a smile back to the young hedgehog,
as he nodded, "Verily So. I would do anything to keep her in
high spirits." He remarked, until he heard odd sounds from the
com set attached to his epaulette.
"Lord High Commander, This is Capt. Keegan. It appears on the
other side of the city, near the power center there was a
confirmation of one of Robotnik's Machines. It's ok! We have
confirmed it left almost as fast as it appears... I've been told
in a span of fifteen minutes."
There was another burst of static, "It appears Robotnik has
retreated, as have the rest of the Swatbots that were in his
stead. The rest of the Royal Guard are going through with
remaining precautions and some are helping the... erm Other
Factions to rescue and help any Mobian Harmed or affected in
attack. If you do not mind a Subordinate's suggestion... I think
debriefing the Queen and the remainder of the Guards would be
best."
Forte blinked at first surprised but listened.
"..Keegan... Is he Sir Hariander's Kin then?" He muttered.
"Once again. It's alright. These are simply suggestions. That is
all, Lord High Commander, and Godspeed!"
He faced Sapphire, as he bowed again, once more a closed fist to
his heart.
"I believe.... This is where we part ways. We did not find
Robotnik... But perhaps that is for the best... For now." He
remarked.
As he stood up straight again, he gave her a small half smile,
"May we meet again, Miss Sapphire, For I look forward to yet
another day to see my Brethren by your Peaceful words. To have
One like you as an Ally... I might be that much closer to save
my Kingdom, I cannot thank you enough for lightening my heavy
heart. Farewell." He then walked past her, as his wings opened
and he tore off towards the Redbella Castle.
