       Residence- Mobotropolis
       Occupation- Thief and racer
       Alignment- Dark/Evil
       Formation- Speed, can run at a decent speed and has a decent
       stamina as well.
       Likes- Fish, racing, money, teasing, anything that catches her
       attention
       Dislikes- Liars, traitors, some type of men ( has had some bad
       experiences with them)
       Abilities-  Is flexible, limber, and can run at a decent pace.
       Is really good in stealth.
       Weaknesses- Can be persuaded with money, Water, She can get over
       confident in which then leads her to being stubborn and into
       trouble sometimes with those around her.
       Personality- Confident, Sarcastic, cocky, teasing, a bit of a
       flirt, can change mood at an instant depending on the situation.
       Backstory- Kioni comes from a semi wealthy family, she was
       enrolled in school to master a subject but found that it did not
       interest her. Her family had urged her to stay in school and
       major in something that will be prominent to her in life. But
       since she wasn't all that interested in studying, she left
       without a word and ran away from her demanding family. She
       earned money by doing some tasks or by simply stealing. She then
       had started to pick up racing as another way of winning money
       for herself. Enjoying the feeling of racing and winning easy
       money, she decided to stick with this life style. As of now, she
       ventures out once in a while to satisfy her hunger for money and
       wealth. She currently lives in Mobotropolis, where she commits
       crimes and races for extra cash.
