Rescue and Destroy: Bad side of town

(Open to all.)
On the bad side of town stricken with violence and drugs as soon
as the laser fire at the place started rioting and looters ran
rampant. Store owners were being dragged out into the streets
and badly injured and mothers and their children were at risk as
the gangs and petty thugs took this chaos as a chance to grab
power. The two factions at war here were the purple warthogs and
the Crimson Vipers. The two street gangs fought furiously
hitting one another with bats and chains.

The colder hybrid arrives back at the most well known and
chaotic captial of mobious the ever graceful Mobotropolis
however he shows up at the bad side of the city full of non stop
heavy crimes. After escaping from Robotnik's lair he replaced
his bandages with new ones due to having ruined his prevoius
bandages with his reckless activites. He stands on the rooftops
viewing a horrifying sight that makes a prison riot a joke in
comparision.
Ty's menecing eyes look shocked at this startling event that
unfolds in front of him in this entire section of Mobotropolis.
The city has gone completely nuts with everyone making this into
a war zone. The stores are being raided and looted, the clerks
are being dragged from the stores heavliy injured, there is a
gang war thats taking place with two sides shedding blood from
each other, and finally the children and thier parents are in
states of panic with them being caught in the crossfire.
What is baffling about this whole thing is where are the police,
military, or even the royal guards and why arent they here to
stop this madness? "My god...this whole city is tearing itself
apart..how did this all happened while I was gone?" Words were
all he can think of what to say at this moment. He carefully
observes the situatiion analyzing the clerks, the gangsters, and
the civilians knowing what has to be done seeing as he can
handle all of this alone he makes two ice doubles of himself to
make the tasks easier for him.
The three jumps from the building and scramble to thier
objectives as one clone goes to engage the two gangsters in
combat in order to stop them from killing each other. The other
clone goes to try to escort the civilans to a much safer
location. Finally the original Ty confronts the people who are
dragging the poor store clerks and strikes at them with punches
and kicks attempting to knock them out and keeping them from
harming the clerks anymore.
If successful he will take the injured civilians and patching
some of them up with pads to stop the bleeding knowing that
calling an anbulance will only put the medic team in more of a
risk than needed but he has no choice if the people are going to
make it out safe and sound.

The gangsters were no match for the original super soldiers
strength and were KO's immediately. The store clerks thanked the
Hedgewolf on their knees. "Th...thank you. I'm getting out of
here." One of them said as the others followed.However the ice
clone attempting to stop the gang war only got as far as ten
knockouts until a grunt with a flame thrower melted it to a
puddle. As the third clone escorts escorts the civilians away to
a public safe zone they manage to escape with no casualties. Now
with the innocents gone and the ice clone melted the warthogs
and vipers upped their weapons breaking out swords and nunchucks
rapidly slicing and assaulting each other. Seeing TY standing by
the leader of the vipers smiles as he dashes over his leather
jacket with a red cobra on the back flows behind him. He pulls a
sharp razor wire from his neck and begins to strangle TY. "Let's
see you pop like a soda cap hero f,ucker!" He belted out trying
to cut his head off.

Ty's clone decides to have itself crumble apart and melt away
after it completed its objective and served its purpose. Thanks
to the lone super soldiers efforts all of the civilians were
evacuated and the store clerks managed to escape. Now all there
is left to do is to stop this gang war and put them all behind
bars.
Unfortunatly this moment of success was only brief as the leader
manages to sneak behind the hybrid and proceeds to strangle him
with a barbed wire around his neck putting him in a
rather...tangled situation. "I'm offering free blocks of ice for
any soda drink you purchase" he said with a quip of his own has
he elbows the guy in the stomach for him to let go and then Ty
knocks him out with an aura ice punch.
His attention now focuses on the continuing assault between the
gang members and the situation looks worse as they now pull out
swords and nunchucks for them to use on one another. The
military hybrid rushes at them swiftly and proceeds to attempt
to knock out one of them with a side kick aiming to steal his
nunchuck for him to use and if successful he will use the
nunchuck to try and disable the ones with the swords by yanking
it from their hands and smacking them with the chucks then
engage with the remaining thugs who are weilding nunchucks with
punches and kicks.

The waves upon waves of gang members were little more than punks
who needed a lesson in manners. One after the other the fell
clearly no match for the enhanced powers and years of training
the wolf had at his disposal. As they all fell bringing the KO
count to now forty TY stood nunchucks in hand as the sword
clattered to the ground after the final thug was disposed of.
However A rather skinny nervous looking purple warthog gang
member ran from around the corner. He smiled and opened up his
jacket showing he was rigged with enough TNT to destroy the
entire city block. He smiled and held out the detonator.
"You......think you're hot s,hit huh? Well guess what now you're
gunna die and all this would have been for nothing."

The Crimeson Vipers and the Purple Warthogs are defeated by the
sheer might and skill of the shell shocked veteran hybrid. He
stands over the uncounscious bodies in victory with his stolen
nunchuck resting on his shoulder with a satisfying smirk on his
face. "Sorry for ruining your fun guys but you all have to take
your scheduled daily naps..but look on the bright side when you
wake up you can kill each other as much as you want in prision"
he said taunting the gang.
He tosses away the nunchuck and dialing 911 on his hi tech watch
to call the police to arrest the troublemaking hooligans
relieved that the chaotic ordeal in this crime ridden part of
Mobotropolis will simmer down in the meantime. Suddently he
hears a gang member he carelessly overlooked during the brawl
approached him with a set of bombs strapped to his chest looking
confident enough to take out both the city and the frost
weilding hero.
"!?"The hybrid's sharp eyes widen with the feeling of being
caught off gaurd at sudden this turn of events and if you think
Ty was having fun beating up thugs earlier this scrawny gang
member will surely have a blast if Ty doesnt do something soon.
With only limited options Ty observes the detenator the guy was
holding in his hand he points his index finger to carefully aim
at a certain angle on his wrist to make sure he doesnt
accidently make him press the button. The hybrid quickly fires
an ice shard to strike at his wrist hoping for him to drop it on
the ground.

The edgy gangster jumps to the side dodging the blast of ice.
With a smug smile he grins. "Too bad hero you loose. He pressed
the red button and the explosives activated. Soon 34 pounds of
pure nitroglycerine leveled the entire city block taking TY and
the citizens with it. Or thats what would have happened had the
crook been a little smarter. He pressed the button again as the
faulty wiring caused nothing to happened. He dropped the
detnatior and backed away nerviously. "Argh!? Faulty wiring.
Well it was meant to be a lot kooler you know explosions you
dying....yeah."

As soon as the mobian drops his detonator it rolled over to Ty's
foot he then proceeds to crush it underneath his feet then
slowly approachs helpless gangster with the meanest glare
possible almost like he was trying to stare into the deep depths
of his feeble soul. "You want to see something cool"? he said
making yet another quip of his own as he freezes the bomb thats
on his chest and then have it shatter itself into pieces inside
tiny broken ice shards.
He continues to freeze him up all the way until he stops by the
head as he wants to get some answers intending to interrogate
him. "Now that your lifes work crumbled before your eyes..your
going to tell me what I want to hear..such as why the city fell
into chaos..and who supplied you and your gang with those
weopons and maybe if you play nice..ill let you go" he said.

Both freezing cold and nervous he was shivering. "Okay okay I'll
tell you.......Thhe.....the Chaos is ...because ...Robotnik was
attacking...thee.....Castle. The boys and I thought we
ccc..ould. Wwwipe out the rival gang in the confusion. As....as
for the weapons....mainly....the black market.....nothing
special about swords...chains....and knives...I mean you can
swipe em from the.....rrroyal armory if you are .....quiet
enough."

Ty narrowed his eyes and as promised the military hybrid
unfreezes him by making the block of ice shatter off of his
body. "Is that so..thank you chuckles..for being honest with
me..now here is your reward" he said as he knocks him out with a
sucker punch. "I did say ill let you go..after you served your
time..the cops will be here shortly" he said making a quip once
more.
With this new info his objective was no longer to restore order
to this side of Mobotropolis as it has already been fufilled
instead his next course of action would lead him back to the
most well known side of the capital. [So Robotnik launched an
attack on the castle..is he planning to rule over the kingdom?
if thats the case I must do everything I can to prevent that
from happening..I just hope Forte got to him first before I do]
he thought to himself as he quickly takes off sprinting and
heading for his destination.
