Chaotic Bar [????]

Seiji was still absentmindedly licking his thumb, which was
healed... but lacking a claw.
At least his hand was a lot less smashed.
Once more donning his clothing of a sleeveless black hoodie,
jeans and one shoe over his organic foot, he continued to
whistle that long obnoxious tune of 'Hall of the Mountain King.'
All he did was sleep the entire day, with little care of Moving
Maeri (Who was still on him), and pushing her off and vanishing
as he explored downtown.
As he walked around, looking about and throwing about little
flash grenades, or bombs as he walked by.
Each time he surprised, scared or managed to trip out someone he
couldn't help but cackle.
"Maaaaaaaaan! This is a boring a'ss night... " He groaned out,
"I should've dragged Maemae out and made her do dumb shit in
public~"

A few moments passed, before suddenly the booming voice of an
Emulan starved of caffeine could be heard, almost out-noising
the mischief Discord was making. In that instant, an emerald
blur zipped right past him, making a beeline to the bar, the
voice booming "I NEED MORE COOOOO-LAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
As fast as it appeared, it was already inside the bar ahead.
Only one particular creature behaved in such an erratic manner.

He blinked, then gave a broad grin, "The fu'ck was that?" He
asked, vanishing and reappearing towards the bar.
...All Seiji could remember was that whatever the hell that was
was a glowing streak.
..Like those old games in the arcades where you are on a bike
that had similar streaks...
He opened the Front Bar Door, eyes darting about as it honed
onto what seemed like a glowing canine.
"God I love this boring fu'cking City~" He hummed out, cracking
his neck as he announced loudly. "Alice~! I want my regular
Yeah!? Get that Hot tail working!"
The Female Lapine Mobian that ran the bar rolled her eyes as she
went for a bottle of tequila.
Seiji couldn't help but sit right next to the Emulan, invading
personal space as he uttered, "What kinda drugs do I need to get
my hands on to glow like a walking Rave Party?"

"Hahaha!" The Emulan cackled with a grin, a glass of blended
cola in his hands.
"You gotta drink more soda than your body can take, might be a
good first step!" He snickered, taking a good chug of it.
"Ain't seen a fellow like you in town, what's hangin'?" He
snickered, rather bombastic thanks to the new influx of caffeine
in his system.

"JUST Soda!?" He asked, his own grin much wider than before,
"Now THAT'S Something to try!" He took the bottle of tequila
that was in set down next to him as well as a few limes.
"You sure you're not asking yourself that question, Mate?" He
cackled, "And ABSOLUTELY FU'CKING NOTHING! Like this place can
be a real fu'cking diamond in the rough when you can find a few
people to pi'ss off! Like a few days ago I had some 'roids
ripped dumba'ss I see around town and was gonna take him
drinking then more and more mobians kept popping up acting like
I was gonna do something HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS, and then some
crazy purple cat chick came running at me with her CLAWS out!"
He sucked on the lime, then took his own chug of the Tequila.
"So basically I had to stop ALL of this wtfu'ckery! So I tossed
a few bombs to get them off of me, theeeen the dumba'ss' twin
decided to set one of the lil bombs on fire and paralysed all of
them!"
He cackled loudly, Knowing he was omitting all kinds of
details...
But they seemed wildly mild to him, "And to think they offered
ME money to stop when they started all of this! So I just took
the money and went home! COMPLETELY forgot about the damn Bar!"

The fox's jaw just continued to drop as he listened to his tale,
before he snickered rather loudly.
"Wow. Just. You attract all kinds of idiots, don't you?" He
raised his mug, "Hey, I can toast to riches gleaned from the
cock-sure and foolish!" He chuckled, imagining what a sight it
must have been....a bunch of thuggish folks picking a fight with
him just because he was headed out to drink?
"How much money, dude?" He asked, before chugging down another
soda, his glow intensifying a bit as he did.

This guy was pretty fun!
He understood EXACTLY how things had to be!
He tapped his bottle against the soda glass, as he chuckled,
sneering, "Fu'ck if I know... Muscles gave me... like 100
million Rings I think... then some Flatchested Dame that reminds
me of a whiny traffic cone offered whatever the hell was in some
huge sack~ Never counted! Never really cared!" He cackled, as he
leaned up to him.
He finished off the tequila yet again as he grinned, "The
World's chock full of them~ I give them a chance~ And then they
crash and burn! Gotta admit it's always fun to fu'ck with
them~!"

me! I love when that happens." He smirked, sipping from his
drink, needing that extra boost.
"I don't know who they are, but they sound disappointing. What
kind of semantics did they partake in, dude? Any self-righteous
'hero' bullshit?"

Two more patrons entered the bar, walking side-by-side and
skipping an occasional step or two in perfect synchronization.
Genevieve and Jerome, Mobians of Desert Fox and Owl descent wore
a rather elaborate and matched get-up; perhaps being a little
overdressed. Hand-in-hand they made their way to the bar to
order a couple of drinks.
"Excusez-moi madame-" Genevieve began with a raised hand for
attention.
"-if we may have-" Jerome continued without missing a beat.
"-the strongest Rum you have-"
"-in largest mugs available-"
"-one each to start."
"Merci!"
They seemed quite content to keep to themselves, Jerome's eyes
wondered about as Genevieve's ears rotated independently; like
radars. Just simply observing.

"The usual, 'Oooooh! Don't hurt those citizens that are in the
way because we don't know how to start sh'it oooooh!'" Seiji
cackled, "But I gotta agree~ I hear that Hero bullsh'it ALL THE
DAMN TIME!" he rolled his eyes and guzzled the bottle of
alcohol.
"Like my Okaasama says all the damn time, there is no black and
white! And I don't know ONE Mobian that is actually 'good'!
Everyone is Depraved, everyone has a bad side they wanna show
off~ But like common sheep all they do is passively follow rules
with fear!"
The Lapine Bartender looked towards the Fox and Owl, raising an
eyebrow and shrugging simply poured them glasses of Rum,
figuring she has dealt with weirder...
The mugs were frosty as she set them down, "Here you are, Please
let me know if there is anything else you need." Alice Remarked.
