Fur Color: Dull Orange
Secondary Fur Colors: Dull Cream and Charcoal
Hair Color: Dull Orange
Eye Color: Yellow
Notable Markings: Clipped ear from a Mistake during one of his
first Jobs, Scar on Right cheek; Body is riddled with bullet,
blade and claw scars. Detachable mechanical Left Leg/Foot.
Overall Style Themes: Ninja, Hoodies, Punk/Hooligan.
Hails From Mobotropolis; Songbird Sanctuary.
Personality: Sadistic, Unstable and Unpredictable. Doesn't take
anything seriously, and tends to be quite flirty.
Strengths: His unpredictability, Quite Nimble, High Tolerance to
pain, Exceptionally high stamina, Extensive knowledge of
explosives.
Weakness: Not Much Known, Has been shown to have feral-like
Tendencies around having a limb cut off with a blade. He is also
Sociopathic, cannot commit to anything without money being
involved, Constant fits of Insomnia that causes him to be more
high strung and violent.
Powers: "Shadow Sneak" The ability to use shadows to move
quickly to location to location.

(Tends to merely play about her and tolerate her, Scoffs and is
quick to harm her when she tries anything... "sweet and caring"
ie be affectionate.)
Notable Mannerisms: Aside from spending his first 12 years
within Mobotropolis, He was sent to spend the next decade within
the Songbird Sanctuary, to which he became far more violent than
when he first entered into the sanctuary. He tends to calm down
a bit when he hears the droneful teachings of Priuella by a
certain undead hyena, (Who he still tends to mouth off... though
far less than any other being.)
Priuella's Hymns are like a Lullaby to him
He is a highly unpredictable and unstable being.
And his training makes him even more of a problem... if not a
Hazard.
Because of his Songbird Training... He has the ability to feel
pain as pleasure.
Notable Skillset: "Shadow Sneak"- The previously explained power
is usually used to sneak up on targets, women, or unsuspecting
passersby to kidnap, kill or downright scare.
Bladework- Is well versed in using small bladed weapons, such as
Kunai, and a Short sword usually equipped at his belt and over
his tail.
Meteor Hammer- Can be seen sometimes using a meteor Hammer;
Mostly to cause property damage and as a secondary way to tie up
targets.
Smoke Bombs- The soft nubs of his spiked armbands are actually
smoke bombs and/or poison.
Unpredictability- Because of his overall Manic Nature, it's
downright difficult what he will do.
CHIKAI!!- He is noted for being a womanizer, and overall creep
towards women. He has no sense of personal space, and views them
as objects to play with.

they tend to get distracted by each other.
Bark at the Moon- Aside from his Ninjutsu, he is known to fight
quite close to a feral animal if he is REALLY into a fight.
Son of the Holy Flame- Though illegitimate, Seiji can easily
call for assistance from the Dangerous Soyagouka Crime Family
(As per requested by Lady Junko, Matriarch of the Family.)
Unintentionally Brilliant- Though he seems to be simply insane.
He is aware of everything he does and is a lot more intelligent
then he lets on. (He is college leveled, with a possible major
in business as per asked by Lady Junko)
Bio: Seiji is from a high-ranking Crime family, Their family
name itself means "Holy Flame".
...However Seiji is far from Holy.
As the second son, and illegitimate Child to Soyagouka Daichi,
He has no exact power within the family.
Because of that, he is usually more than eager to prove his
worth.
Such as proclaiming that he will kill his older brother,
Masaichi, for the next in line power, then his Father.
He was born from Daichi's brief affair with a female purple
masked Ninja from an certain clan that was employed by him
briefly.
Because of his immoral birth, he became unstable, and constantly
temperamental.
He was sent off to his mothers, where he was trained to control
himself, through ninjitsu.
(Though that training also to calm him down, it made him much
more... Crazy then when he left.)
Which seems all fine and dandy, but such discipline seems to
have been thrown out the window the moment he was brought back
to Mobotropolis.
He is known as an enforcer, doing Jobs for the Family such as
debt collection, causing fear and killing anyone that stands in
his family's way.
He is also known for the constantly live-streamed and over
proxied online video called the "The Discord Hour"
Where he is shown to kill targets in real time...
When not doing the bidding of his Otousama, He has also allowed
his line of work to be bought to the highest Bidder.

sanctuary walls? How old is he? 13? Fu'ck it! I wanna by him a

Sapphire the Hedgehog: Ah~ My sweet little Bluebird, always so
huffy and sings the best when she is frightened~! Useful and
maybe easy to Manipulate.
Maeri: Useful? Yes. Easy to Manipulate? Absolutely? Expendable?
Definitely. ...I still wonder how she puts out.
Ty the Hedgewolf: Too bad the Brain isn't a muscle, Otherwise he
could work that out and think before speaking. Ehehehe. Easy to
deal with tho. Expendable.
Blaze the Hedgewolf: Not too sure about, I don't really give a
fuck, if his brother is dumb he might be just as dumb! Pretty
sure he's Expendable.
