Pin narrows her eyes and slowly pushes the plush off the table
into her purse. "First the three of them now this girl.
Something is not right people shouldn't have noticed he was
missing yet." She told herself now becoming defensive. "I'm
dreadfully sorry dear but my dolls are a hobby only and my
technique is a trade secret. So you'll understand if I refuse
your offer."

"Oh... okay." she replied, sounding a little disappointed before
perking up with a smile again, "I understand... well, does this
mean that you will still object to me sitting with you? I'm new
around town you see and I don't know anyone other than my
sister."

"Very well." She said sounding as if she was just wanting to be
left alone. "Let's cut to the chase shall we? What REAL interest
do you have in my dolls. Or is Sonic the subject. People just
don't inquire about voodoo dolls out of the blue like that. The
creepy stitching should be obvious to any seamstress that this
isn't a children's toy."

Topaz placed a hand in surprise over her mouth after she sat
down, "Oh my Voodoo? I thought it looked rather peculiar but I
had no idea!" she gasped before looking around and leaning in
closer, whispering; sounding intruiged, "Do they really work? I
hope not to offend, but I always thought Voodoo was just a
myth."

"Of course they work." Pin narrowed her gaze to a glare. "Drop
the innocent act or I'll assume you're with them. Trying to
mount a rescue are we?"

"Rescue? Whatever for? Is someone in danger?" Topaz questioned,
leaning back from discomfort, looking rather surprised by how
hostile she was. She then looked back at the group for a moment
in silence before looking back at Pin, "I have never met any of
them before, like I said, I'm new to town and I don't know
anyone other than my sister. So I can't possibly be 'with
them'... although I did overhear them say that they were looking
for Sonic... then you said 'rescue'... you alone are acting very
suspicious to me ma'am, and I just wanted to have tea with you
to discuss favorable fabrics or just to make a new friend around
here."

Pin Cushion was starting to get annoyed as her paranoia was
inadvertently making her blow her cover. Pin stood placed her
hand bag over her shoulder and decided it would be best to leave
the establishment lest Topaz cause her to blurt out more
secrets. She turned back and plucked a single hair from Topaz's
fringe before it vanished into her sleeve. "You know how voodoo
works I assume? Annoy me again and you'll find out just how well
my dolls work."

Topaz squeaked when the hair was plucked out, "Ouch! I'm sorry
Ma'am. Perhaps I chose the wrong hedgehog to be friends with."
she pouted as tears formed at her eyes, "Can I do something to
make it up to you? I'm really sorry to have offended you!"

booms and her eyes glow bright green. Pin's fringe falls over
her eyes as she looks ready to destroy the entire cafe.

Topaz tilted her head, unphased by the ear-piercing magnitude of
her voice. In fact, her ears turned towards her with full
attention, "You know, you have a lovely voice... but if you wish
for me to not be here. I'll make it so." she said calmly before
getting to her feet.
