History: Ty is born on an island near South Island of Mobius
called Sunset Heaven. The island's inhabitants are canines who
are born with elemental powers, some are gifted with more than
one element, being able to use two or more. Ty was not born with
any powers at birth much to his and everyone's dismay, he later
volunteered for a super soldier project organized by G.U.N an
order to tap into a hidden DNA meta gene bestowing a mobian with
special powers to serve on the battlefield G.U.N was revealed
to be a corrupted force that has a goal of tyranny with an army
of super soldiers he quit the agency and sets out on his own to
find a new purpose in life.
Likes: family and friends, hobbies, having fun, training
Dislikes: Dr Eggman, anyone who threatens the safety of his love
ones, crime
Personality: Ty is described as "one with his element" he is
calm, cool, and collected. He is level-head and a quick
thinker, prefering to solve most of his problems with up most
efficiency, displaying a lot of confidence in his abilities. He
comes across as blunt when he is honest wth people. He is
capable of being compassionate to others when its appropriate,
sometimes putting his own needs aside to help people. He is
observant of his surroundings, able to pick up on information
the average joe wouldn't notice. Ty is not without flaws
however, his composure will be diminished almost instantly if
his family and people he hold dear as friends are in danger, he
will behave recklessly, disregarding any rational thought and
will develop a one track minded goal to save them. He is not
above casual banter, cracking jokes and hanging out with his
friends if given the opportunity.
Appearance: He has upright spiky hair with blue streaks at the
tip. A muscle toned body and emerald green iris. He has a scar
on his left eye, a bullet hole on the right ear. His attire
consisted of a black tee shirt, forest camouflage pants, black
knee pads on the elbows and knees, black steel combat boots, and
black fingerless gloves.
Cryokinesis: Initially he was unable to weild any powers due to
not being born with the ability. However thanks to the efforts
of G.U.N who discovered he has a meta-gene, he is able to unlock
his hidden potential and utilize his powers like everyone else.
Freeze: Ty traps opponents in blocks of ice or frozen statues
with a basic stream of ice.
Blizzard: Ty gathers elemental energy to conjure up a blizzard
storm, useful for a smoke screen.
Frost Skate: Ty covers his footwear in Ice allowing him to move
on surfaces as if he is skating on ice. With this technique he
can travel in extreme speeds taking advantage of the terrian and
momentum buidup, useful to hunt down targets on a vehicle.
Ice Crafting: With the creativity of his element he can use his
powers to create objects to help him out of a pinch such as
armor, weapons, etc.
Cold Temperature: By concentrating the magical properties of
his powers, Ty can decrease the air temperature down to cold
levels if necessary.

Ty's design is very nice, especially with that tough build on
him! I really like seeing such muscle on his arms! As for the
rest of the profile, I really like how you explained his powers
in detail, as well as the whole concept of him being not having
powers at birth, unlike that of his brethren, but gaining his
Cryokinesis later on, thanks to G.U.N. As a character, I think
Ty is really cool!
