An unknown dive bar at the seedier part of town was a rather
stereotypical meeting place of course.
...But his father Owned and controlled the bar.
He could do what he pleased within it.
He was towards a back corner booth, checking his phone and a mug
of beer in hand.
Instead of the casual jean and hoodie combo he faired at the
garden, he seemed to be in a black buttoned up shirt, obvious
scaring from the wrists and forearms.
He had a pair of sunglasses over his bangs, as he checked his
phone.
Checking the time and growing extremely impatient.
...He messaged that Tiger a few hours ago!
She's a ninja... Surely she wouldn't be taking that long.
Seiji took a bit of time to locate her yet again... which was no
easy feat...
Snow-Claws are huge and yet so hard to find.
What a pain in the ass.
The note held by kunai simply had a time and an address.
As well as a similar signiture to the first contract.
He swipped his phone a few times, to simply read the news, and
to play a game on the phone.
If she didn't arrive in another 5 minutes he'd take leave.

A shadowed figure dropped from the ceiling seconds later, a
quick glance to the nearest clock indicated that she was
right-on-the-dot-on-time. Punctual like she always was when
meeting with her Contractors. Whatever message was sent she
obviously didn't receive, the tiger never owned a mobile phone.
She found the flashing lights, vibrations and noise coming out
of the things too much of a burden whenever she carried out her
missions.
She landed on the other side of the booth, sitting on it as if
she were there the entire time.
"Interesting choice of time and location." she commented, her
voice ringing with her signature respectfully-cold tone.
She gave this new Contractor a once-over surprised to actually
have one so willing to be open about their appearance. The
scarring she also took particular note of.
How curious.

He raised an eyebrow, as he grinned, an ear flick as he glanced
over to his phone, "MMmm... You're prompt. That's great.
Reaaally great~"
He gave her a once over and though songbird blood had the fur on
the back of his neck bristle in irratance, he mantained a
pleased grin.
He hired her for her skills and the constant times he heard the
Dame and her Madame speak about some hostile variable or
whatever boring scientific sounding speak she spewed out.
..But a better look showed him that she was VERY easy on the
eyes.
"Both... well because I am pretty busy and I know you gotta be
too~" He began, "The Place... well if anything stupid happen and
one of use came out of here dead... You wouldn't have to deal
with the police~"
He rolled his eyes, still a quick glance to his phone as he
pocketed it.
"Then again being a Kunoichi and sh'it it's not like they could
trace you!"
He touched the back of his head, as he gasped out, a slight
feign of a wincem as he kept his eyes on the Tiger.
"Now then. I'd like to think I am a Mobian of honor~" He cooed,
as he set fown a duffle bag with quite a bit of currancy inside
of it.
"Half of your Payment."

She nodded silently as he spoke, then raising a brow at the
mention of honor.
'Honor? Honor is but of a fickle of a Mobian's imagination.
Morals set to make oneself feeling better and more often times
than not, get in the way of getting the job done efficiently.'
she thought to herself, but didn't make a comment on it. She
looked over to the duffel bag, picking it up with ease to test
its weight and opened the slip just very slightly to check that
it indeed contained the payment.
... Still, 'honor' had its benefits.
She pulled the bag over to behind her, wrapping her tail around
it as she kept her eyes on Discord. This was the first time she
was meeting with him and having no dye across his eyes meant
that he shouldn't be a Songbird Canine... those Cultists wear
their colours with pride.
"This presents an opportunity to discuss details on the
Contract," Karahl began, being straight to business and keeping
her voice low, "I have been at the University to conduct some
research of my own and came across quite a bit of information
which draws far, far too many coincidences for it to purely be
just a coincidence. From your note it appears that you know the
target quite well, or well enough to know more about her. So, my
first question is, is Venus her real name? If not, what are the
chances of it being Theodora?"

He continued to grin as she asked questions.
He thought about it, "Yeah, her name is Theodora~ Theodora
Crimsley-Bell. Though was ALWAYS insistant to be called Venus
with the whole Theodora is dead bullshit she'll blurt out."
He seemed pleased that she liked the bag.

Karahl nodded, then frowned in thought.
'Taking on the new alias must be from the trauma she had
experienced, and probably something more personal as well...
some time ago she also gained access to Robotnik's space
station... including the Robotosizer...' she assumed in thought.
"Since that's the case, then I have discovered that she has a
strong affinity towards robots, Robotics and the Robotosizer...
do you know if she is the type of person whom would use the
Robotosizer against another Mobian? Does she have control
issues?"
'If she does this is quite concerning... I would then have even
more reason to go through with this Contract.'
"Seeing as she has such a strong passion for such things, and
one of her students mentioned having classes in the labs,
Robotics Clubs and so on, chances are she may have a personal
lab for herself. Do you know if this is true? Is so, where it
is?"
Karahl shifted about the seat slightly, feeling slightly
uncomfortable by the amount of talking she has been doing over
the last few days. By comparison on how she used to conduct
herself, this was like reciting a War and Peace novel.

He listened as his face retained a wiry smirk.
"All I have ever heard from her is about her annoying robotic
chao. Though.... I guess if she had that kinda tech... It
wouldn't surprise me~ Mobians are a corrupt species as a whole~
I'm sure it wouldn't be power... but control~"
As for mention for her lab, his smirk grew wide.
"As a matter of fact~ She does~" He purred, His eyes narrowing
in anticipation.
"I'd even be delighted to give you the tour... But that
mainframe system of hers would be quite to rat me out. It would
be easier to pick her out while she is vulnerable. Away from
that lab. Because she is more than capable in protecting herself
out of it."

Karahl hummed lowly in response, that sounded like a yes to her.
Or likely to be a yes anyway.
"That makes sense, still the whereabouts of her lab would be
useful in case she decides to retreat to it, or may not come out
of it." she pressed, "So this 'Mainframe System of hers -"
'The hell is that?'
"- has a sentience and is aware of whom is where in the lab... I
am also aware that she has a armor that she has worn once that
is suited to combat. What are some of the major lines of defense
- or offense - that could be expect from her?"
She paused, cracking the knuckles in one hand by simply
clenching it briefly, "She was handed over Robotnik's space
station some time ago, there would have been cameras everywhere
considering that he was able to see and talk to us as we moved
about the station. Funnily enough I have also sparred with her
in a friendly tournament a short time after... do you know how
much she knows about me?" she added, as a manner of interest.

"That Mainframe records everything. Relays everything to The
Dame like a snitching brat." He remarked, "Oooh? You mean that
Gorgon engine or whatever the fu'ck it's called? It's pretty
sexy on the old bag right? It hugs in all the right places~" He
hummed gesturing and making a few shapes with his hands.
"I wouldn't be surprised if she has sh'it on you... or anyone
else... She literally watches everything you know... Like she
classifies every mobian in three categories~ Uncontrollable,
Common and Special."
He thought about it, "You're sounding like you want her to be a
challenge~"
His ear twitched, "Mmmmnehehehe... It seems like I can't... take
you to the Labortory... But I can lure her out." He winced,
however it wasn't one of pleasure.
It actually hurt. It caused a pang in his mind that has been
driving him nuttier than he usually was.
And that pissed him off.
...And that's one of the reasons why she had to go.
"Yeeeeah~ Lure her out in that fancy lil robot suit of hers...
you tear her out of it like a baked potato... and get a little
snack~" He hissed out with a large grin.

Like before the ninja nodded silently as he spoke, choosing to
ignore his comment about the suit's aesthetics. "Uncontrollable,
Common and Special?" She repeated with a raised brow, "It sounds
as though he is treating everyone as one big science
experiment."
A hint of a grin tugged at her lips, "A challenge? Perhaps.
After the massive culling of a number of different races work
has been rather... Slow for me." She added, a hint of spite
vaguely present as well before clicking her teeth together,
"Whereever and whenever you want it done, just let me know. The
mouse trap idea sounds fantastic."
