"Fine." Udiya remarked, as she set the makeup case back into her
duffle bag after she was sure she looked as if she never let a
tear drop.
"No... Anders has been towards the southern desert, He's been
doing this large scale excavation and research site for a few
years.. He's.. alive. I totally called him after I heard about
Uncle Sparks, Craig, Penny and Evie..."
She blinked, and raised n eyebrow, "Erm.. Sure. You two might
hit it off pretty quickly... he's really laid back like you."
"Wait that little fox lady did what now?"

Syruchi stared at her, ears flat.
"You didn't see it? When HugeTool McS'hitMonger tried to attack
us with lightning, eventually he just up and vanished, which was
funny because he was bragging about how he thought I couldn't
fight~" He chuckled, grinning a little deviously...
"Not like he'd last long, he doesn't think s'hit through and is
so full of himself that I'm pretty sure his ego has HP and Mana
bars. ANYWAY!" He reverted back to his point. "I looked back for
a moment to see why he stopped attacking, and noticed frigging
Junko sitting there having locked the f'ucker in place! It was
AWESOME." He chuckled, arms folded.
"As I said, doesn't think things through. And...I'd be happy to
meet Anders sometime! I just hope he doesn't worry too much
about you palling around with me so much. He must have some
interesting stories!"
Then, Sy noticed something strange.....that same sensation from
way back at the gym...it was back again.
"Uh....huh. Referring back to what that douche was trying to hit
me with..." He looked at the glowing patches on his person,
before he seemed to tense up, as if completely new to the
experience, as his fur flickered from purple for a moment, then
suddenly shifted to yellow.
"....I theorize.....my blood reacts to elemental attacks. This
is intriguing!"

"...No.. I kinda am still not used to being on any type of
hoverboard or extreme gear... So I kinda closed my eyes the
whole hell ride over here..." She murmured.
"Hariander uses an Extreme Gear with his works... Sorry, I
called him Anders before." She crossed her arms, and held a
small smile as she thought fondly of her older brother, "He's an
accomplished Archaeologist, but he is really laid back. You
might get along with him."
She blinked as she noticed his patches as well, "...You
seriously might need to get yourself checked out or something.
That is the SECOND time this has happened!" She tilted her head,
"So... if that Hedgehog was throwing lightning to you... does
that mean...?"

He nodded, patting her shoulder.
"Hey, you made it through, no? I think that's pretty awesome, so
I can't blame you for not looking around. Anywho....yeah. I'd
love to meet Hariander, still! He sounds rad!"
He continued to inspect his now-yellow patches all over his
body.
"I.....I think I may be able to absorb lightning damage better!~
I think my color shifts are elemental resistances! Got no way to
test it, as Basic McB'itchFace isn't present....damn shame, for
once I needed his petty abilities." He then stopped, thinking
about something.
".....wow. I think I might be extremely ticked off at him. But
soon I'll have a distraction and be able to truly wind down!"

"Absorb lightning damage...?" She repeated, as she shifted
slightly.
"Think about him when you need to punch a face in... Aaaanyways
here. We're here." She pointed to the stone and metal gate.
There was a fairly large and immense campus, quite a few
buildings littered about.
"C'mon we need to get off of the hoverboard... ever sense the
Robotics club kiiinda wrecked the the quad a year ago they don't
allow extreme gears to be used on campus."

Sy gave a rather excited nod. "Yeah! I think an Emulan trait is
that when we're exposed to an element, we adjust, and grow a
resistance to it! It's why I turn orange in the deserts; I
become resistant because I'm attuned to the terrain! Oh man, I
hope I'm right!~" He clapped his hands together, before helping
her off his hoverboard, jumping off and slinging it under his
arm.
"A shame, I like my board. But alright. Lead the way!" He let
her go first, following suit as the two of them made their way
into the campus.
