Sonic was gasping for air as it returned to his lungs. While in
his orb she could waste him with only a touch he had better be
careful he thought. As soon as he got the opportunity he reached
for the power ring again.

She looked to the ring as she moved a hand away, snapping her
finger as it disappeared from the sphere, reappearing around her
wrist next to her bangle.
"...Oh dear... I cannot have you using this to be rude can I?"
She tilted her head, a little rattled that Shard had to witness
her exercise her power....
But the emotion in her face did not change, as usual.

With the power ring gone Sonic was thrashed and both his brain
and body where hers to command. The hero was now trapped within
her grasp living out false memories of Venus as his mother. Only
now the one thing helping keep parts of his memories and
freewill intact was gone it was even worse. Now this time
Sonic's memories were saturated with him being a shy and timid
mothers boy.

Maurice awoke stuttering nervously. "Y.....yes....Mother
...Sssorry for...any and all rudeness...or inconvenience
mother.A thousand.....pardons....ppplllease mother." He
shuddered out his legs shaking.

"Venus....." Shard stood shocked at what just happened, he
didn't understand it at all, "Why are you doing this? To Sonic?
I mean he calls you mother like the other children and Metal.
But this is crazy!"
It wasn't making much sense, much less, how offensive Sonic was.
This was all too wierd

She walked back towards her Teacup, picking it up and realizing
it became rather lukewarm.
Her nose wrinkled as she sipped it anyways. "I asked him not to
be rude and he refused to. As such I do not condone such things
in my home, my lab."
She walked over to the sphere, as she waved her hand, The sphere
dissipating, as she held a bored expression, "I see nothing
crazy about it. "
She slowly helped Sonic up, "Apology Accepted. Thank you,
Sonic."

"But he was calling you mum.... I honestly thought he respected
you. But the way he talked.... That was downright creepy, and
wrong" Shard took a moment to shake it off, "I know something
about sonic, but that.... that didn't make sense at all."
He didn't want to refer directly to it, the parts where sonic
called Venus a milk mouse. It honestly disgusted him,and he held
Venus in a high enough regard to at least not mention it, "And I
said it was fine... He was being him after him after all... you
didn't have to [color=red]torture him, just to make him accept
robots. I wanted him to accept me for who I am. That's why I
wasn't bothered too much, because I was trying to accept
him.[/color]"
Shard was still in jaw dropping shock over what just happened.
Honestly, if he could barf, he would right now. That's just how
messed up he thought that was. He glanced over to Simon, what
would he have thought if he was still awake now....

"Torture?" She turned to face him, once a now passive and
sweeter sonic was at her command.
"Hardly. I am repeating what I have asked him countless times.
And now it seems he understands. I am tired of having to be
afraid... frightened of mobians like him inducing harm on my
children. This isn't about any mere robot. this is about
Protecting those I love." she remarked sternly.
"The petty excuse of him being himself does NOT warrant him the
right to speak ill and have the audacity of potentially harming
another one of my children... not again... not ever.."

"But the power ring and the crushing...." Shard stayed shut once
Venus mentioned Sonic hurting Simon or the one of the others, it
made him boil, just as much as it did with Discord. It took him
long enough to finally find out Simon was safe with Venus. But
he couldn't take him getting hurt.
He looked over to Sonic. All of this still didn't seem right to
him, but isn't it normal to do anything they could to protect
things they love? Honestly to him, it sounded Venus was still
afraid. He remembered what she said in the park, "I....."
He was still trying to gather his words, this was a bit much for
him, but then he was taking to the man who tried to off him once
he woke up. He stared at the calmer Sonic, This is just so
wrong....He doesn't even look like himself.
"[sub][sup]It's a scary world, ever since I woke
up.[/sup][/sub]" He glanced back to Venus, "Venus, how did he
change like that? Once the ring came off... he's a whole
different person"
