       Warnings and Bans

       Hi everyone,
       Just thought I would put this here so that everyone is aware on
       how the system works.
       Level One: Level One warning puts you on the Moderator’s Watch
       List. This is where all Admins and Mods can view who has been
       breaching site rules and keep a closer eye on them.
       Level Two: Same as Level one but on a more severe level. Admins
       will then go under investigation of user history and discuss if
       any further actions may be required.
       Level Three: Posting Ban. This is when said user (and all of
       their other accounts) will be prevented from posting on the
       forum all together. Such users have access to Shout Box during
       this time but nowhere else on the site. Guests can still view
       the forum and any new users will go under a quick investigation
       to see whether or not this is you simply making a new account to
       get around the Posting Ban. Admins will then discuss whether or
       not if this restriction should be a temporary one month
       restriction or a permanent one.
       Level Four: Site Ban. IP address is banned all together. The
       forum cannot be viewed at all, even as a Guest.
       However Admin's retain  the right to ban anybody.

       Please note that Admins reserve the right to instantly ban
       anybody becoming a problem or pain.
       The site is here for fun and sometimes we will be harsh to
       ensure it remains that way.

       Actually, what Sonic said is true and has been in the
       Registration Agreement [sub]that no one reads[/sub] since the
       very beginning. You can find it at any time when you click on
       the Registration button if you wish.
       However, to save you time I will quote an extract from it:
       "Admins of this site also reserve the right to Ban or Warn
       anyone to their discretion and all members must acknowledge and
       accept this. The ban will be lifted based upon the Admins'
       discretion. Note that any amount of begging or arguing may
       consequent in prolonged Ban or Warnings. Sonic Spotlight RP
       discloses the right to protect the identity of those who lodge
       complaints in order to prevent the possibility of threats,
       flames and other unacceptable behavior as 'revenge'."
