Act One [Bell Laboratories]

The screens in the Olympus lab was lit up with various
everything;
News reports....
Blogs,
Social Media.
Security on the Police Station...
Constant footage from her Darling Simon...
Robotnik went on a small rampage.
All that she was expecting.
Every potential Hostile Variable was in place as she predicted.
She flinched however as the big screen off of mainstreet in
Downtown Mobotropolis had shot off.
The mother looked at the last screen and frowned, "I was
expecting Anger... but not such rebellion. " She muttered.
This time around Venus in the black catsuit that her Gorgon
Engine connected to.
(It looks a LOT like the Sirens Suit from TRON-Legacy.

One of her Papillon drones fluttered down towards her hand, as
she smiled.
"I am sure we will have a Guest or Two..." She muttered, Looking
over towards another monitor. Dun had been within Lab one to use
her resources.
Her children... save For Kino, Portoka and Galeno had been
migrated to another Area.
An area for phase two.
Her eyes began to glow yellow, as she was lifted from the
ground, the floating spheres of flowers had began to move on
their own accord instead of seemingly floating while in place.
The Entire Lab became a state of Zero Gravity.
"Four Emeralds..." She began.
"My Fifth.. with Metal Sonic... Who must return home quite
soon."
With a flick of her wrist the other three who were in her small
enclosed bedchamber floated around her, reacting to her bodies'
need for such distorted energy.
"..I am missing... the other two."
She closed her eyes, outstretching her hands as she began to
make motions of her work.
Materials began to expel from spherical compartments, and around
her hands, as she floated she elegantly began to move her hands
in a manner that twisted and brought new purpose for the parts.
A pair of rather heavy-looking Vambraces were created, as well
as a heavy circlet.
She began to carefully attach an emerald to each item, as she
tilted her head, mildly satisfied with her feat, "..Now to test
these..."

As Dun does his tinkering on his project, he has his own set of
eyes watching over some of the events unfold within
Mobotropolis. The trackers placed on Sonic and Robotnik monitor
their movements and actions. A message blip across one of his
eyes letting him know that a number of Robotnik's weapon had
been used; Dun bites his lip a little knowing that whatever the
mad man does will cause a lot of damage be it for side of Venus
or those rebelling against her. Dun stops his work to message
Venus "...Venus...the doctor has used a number of his weaponry
within the city..."

Sonic slides to a stop kicking up dust as he reaches the lab
door in less than five seconds from his departure from the
police station. He sees the blinking lights of the observance
camera. He smiles and waggles his finger looking into the lens.
"Venus I will return communications to this city and I will stop
you. We can save a lot of time and broken robots if you just
quit now." He told her with a smug smile over his lips.

He ear twitches as she touches the visual apparatus and smiles
slightly, "Leave him to his own devises for now. His damage from
what I can see is just towards the downtown area. No damage
other than property damage. He will be kept busy until he is
needed.. If anything..." She continued to do small tests with
the vambraces, "He is a rather interesting distraction."
Her gaze went towards the camera that was the front of the Lab.
Speedy as usual.
She raised her eyebrow, and frowned disdaining his smugness,
"May I ask exactly what I have done wrong?" She responded back,
the Hand Scanner flickering and returning with her Image from
the lab.
"Even worse that you would be so quick to threaten to do harm to
my children when they have done nothing wrong as well."
At this point she moved her hand to push the vambraces to a
sphere, then snapped her fingers as they vanished.

Sonic shook his head and placed his hand on his hip as he
rattled off a few points. "Illegally hacking
communications,Causing mass public panic and not to mention
you're holding everybody in the city captive. Not only that I
get the feeling this is quickly turning into you imposing your
ideals onto everyone. Need I go on ?" He asked banging his
knuckle on the door. As her image stands before him he smiles.
"Nice new threads would be a shame to get them dirty after I
trounce you. So what do you say you come down to the station and
explain all this? If not we will be seeing a lot of each other.
On the plus side your a lot easier on the eyes than old
Buttnik."

"All necessary." she concluded, "The mass panic however...
predictable. Mobians are creatures of habit and aren't used to
change you see." She raised and eyebrow as she shook her head,
tapping the side of the visual apparatus, "So you are willing to
attack me when I cannot fight you? Must you prove a point?
Besides... this time your little finger cannot fit where it
shouldn't belong."
She began to move her braid into a bun, "Your Police have pulled
out a bounty on me, Not a warrant. I overheard what the crown
wishes to do you see... And to be called a Terrorist? It's
discerning to say the least."
Galeno floated into towards his mother and held a ribbon for her
to hold her hair together, then gasped when he saw the camera
feed with Sonic. [MOTHER!! IS HE BACK TO HURT US AGAIN!?] he
squeaked.
"...No my dear. I am intending to make sure he doesn't."
Her eyes narrowed, "Now if you have nothing further to discuss
Might I ask you to vacate the premises... I have other things to
attend to... and If I notice on my screen you, My dear Sonic
have a ghost you should be messing with."

Sonic had no idea what she was talking about for the most part.
"A ghost?" He thought as he backed up and powers up his feet
with a smile as they move so fast they become a blur. "Well
while I say I'll miss the boob window I'm a hedgehog who is
always open to change. "I've been called a terrorist to. You get
over it." He smiled as raw energy in the form of electricity
begins to surge and build as he charges up. He smiles and belts
out. "So you call yourself Mother huh? Thats an interesting
alter ego. Can't saw I know much about Mother's never had one
grew up alone. I can only image how messed up I would have
turned out if someone like you adopted me." He smiled and looks
towards the door soon ready to blast off and bust in.

Her eyes narrowed.
In fact she bit her bottom lip in quite a bit of anger.
"...Is that so?" she muttered.
..So say such things... to belittle her title.
A title she worked so.. meticulously on.
"...I warned you... I suppose I must punish you for your unkind
words."
Her eyes flashed gold, as she had a finger towards the yellow
gem on her forehead.
"Mother wants you to stop, Sonic." she suggested. Continuing to
watch the screen.

Sonic's eyes flash purple and he doesn't stop. He smiles getting
ready to unleash hell as he places his hands against the ground.
"What you think you can just ask me to stop. Heh fat chance."
Both of his eyes turn gold and he halts. His feet still and all
the built up energy dissipating. It seems he was responding to
the more authoritative tone. "You got it Mum." Sonic felt an odd
wave wash over him. He still talked like himself but he was
compelled to do as this woman says. He leans back against the
wall looking relaxed before letting out a low whistle. "So whats
next mum?" Sonic felt very odd he didn't know what was happening
inside his head.

How odd...
Before the orders caused him pain... and she had to shift the
Papillon to a more rewarding nerve.
The suggestions did nothing.
But now orders will.
She couldn't waste this opportunity!
"You owe me an apology do you not?" She inquired. "Once I get
that apology you are going to Leave the Laboratories. Return
EXACTLY in 24 hours. Do I make myself Clear?"
