       Sonic & The Temple of Boom!

       Sonic the Hedgehog the fastest thing alive was deep in the
       bowels of an ancient temple. He took special care not to set off
       a single trap as he ventured in. He now found himself above the
       alter where the green orb dubbed the power cell floated. He ran
       his fingers across his chin as he carefully places his hands
       around it. He grabs the green and gold orb from the stone alter
       and the entire temple begins to shake. He quickly grasps the orb
       tight and begins to bolt away from the alter. As he flees he
       narrowly avoids all the traps as they are sprung simultaneously.
       He runs along the wall as spikes spring from the floor. He
       smiles and kicked up the pace out running the poison darts from
       the wall. The next trap he would face was the walls closing the
       blue blur narrowly avoids it as the concrete clamps closed
       behind him.
       Fire spews from the stone pillars as Sonic curls into a ball
       then uncurling running out of the flames. He heads towards the
       exit as he sees the door sliding closed with only a narrow gap
       to pass through growing smaller with each passing second. Sonic
       slides and makes it out under the ever smaller growing gap. On
       the way out he had dropped orb. He quickly places his hand under
       the door still dropping down as it just barely reaches the tops
       of his fingers. He feels around and finds the orb pulling it out
       just in time as the door closes.
       Sonic smiles and stands holding his prize to the heavens as it
       glistens in the shimmering sun. Excited Sonic spins around and
       begins break dancing tossing the ancient relic into the air
       kicking it skyward with his foot. He then jumps to his feet
       catches the orb and shouts. "WHOOOOOOOOOOOO TOUCHTOWN!" As he
       tosses the Power Cell as hard as he can as if it were a football
       into the ground causing it to shatter into a thousand pieces
       rendering it useless. Sonic smiles and leans back against the
       temple entrance. "Well that was fun. I wonder if the next place
       will offer a better challenge?" He asked nobody. It seems Sonic
       was in this purely for the thrill and couldn't care less about
       the priceless treasure or relics. He was addicted to action and
       got his kicks raiding ruins.
