Shoke turns his head, acknowledging her presence with a smirk.
"Could you? I couldn't tell. After all, only cowards don't
accept a challenge. Heh." Draws sword out of thin air pointing
it at her. "Now then, shall we?" Alright! Got under her skin.
Soon she'll be wrapped around my finger. Shoke thinks to
himself.

"Coward!? You asked for it,du-!"She cut herself off when her
watch beeped.She looked at it,a wide grin spreading across her
face. A mission! Finally! She accepted it before turning back to
him,"We can do this another time.Until then."She gave him a
determined look before turning and running off.

Oh, so close. Ah well, at least she isn't a time waster. Shoke
thinks to himself as he evaporates his blade into the air once
more. Might as well actually help out with the preperations.
Shoke walks into the base to go assist the troops with their
setting up for the evacuation.

As if out no where Sonic appeared a blue streaking trail
vanishing behind him. Sonic tapped the leader of the operation
on the shoulder then tapping his foot. "So you the guy in charge
around here? Let's get this rescue underway."

Miyuki sighed and moved away from her hiding spot. If more
people were coming, she probably wouldn't be able to join in.
She stood in clear sight, but still hoping they wouldn't see
her.

Hackel turned to Sonic, straightening himself out. "You must be
Sonic. My name is Hackel Warfield. I assume Ajax told you the
basics of the situation?" He held out his arm, waiting to shake
the blue blur's hand.

Sonic took Hackel's hand and shook it before swiftly letting go.
"Yeah your boy said something about engineers being held
captive. So this strictly a search and rescue deal? In and out
in no more than five moments." Looking to the rail gun Sonic
seemed on edge. "Yeesh whats with all the heavy firepower cap?"
He asked while taking in the entrances thinking on which one he
would take.

Hackel chuckled at Sonic's response to his weaponry. "My
apologies, but as Harbinger of the Dominion, I can't take any
chances." The set the railgun on the ground. "Armond and his
squad have cornered the bandits. Once the engineers are out,
they'll probably turn themselves in when they realize they can't
use their hostages anymore. The problem is we couldn't get a Red
Sentinel team out here so we could rescue them ourselves. Being
that we were in the area, I figured having someone capable like
you help us would be in our best interest."
