       Occupation: Unknown, but she has a high status in her homeland.
       Residence: Unknown faraway country
       Alignment: Evil/Villain
       Appearance: Winter is a small, white chinchilla, who never opens
       her eyes. She has short, almost white blue hair with a straight
       across fringe, and wears a long, pale blue dress with white
       cuffs around her hands. She has a small white hood that she
       wears at night. She is blind, but instead uses her telepathy and
       telekinesis to guide herself around, and to attack. Winter wears
       a pair of white heels and around her hands, white ribbons.
       Personality: Winter is somewhat cold and uncaring, but has a
       soft side to younger people, generally children and people under
       the ages of 14. She has a motherly spirit to these people, and
       would never harm them. To anyone else, she is ruthless,
       uncaring, and cold. She often attacks in spurts of psychic waves
       and swords, using her abilities for almost everything. She is
       married to a young man named Heath Frey, despite her normally
       cold nature to everything else, she truly loves him.
       Bio: As a young child she was always ignored to the point of
       almost being considered invisible to everyone. Her family, her
       classmates, everyone. She felt as though she did not belong. She
       slowly began to grow cold, until she met Heath. Heath was the
       only person who really smiled at her and spoke to her, so the
       pair had an immediate click. The two slowly fell in love and
       started to date around the ages of 17. At about 25 the two
       married. This is when she around snapped. People all her life
       were rude, and uncaring to her. She decided to be the same. She
       decided that people needed to pay. She wanted revenge on the
       people who hurt her. On the people in general. She wanted to
       hurt her country last, so she decided to hit Mobotropolis with
       her reign of misery first, leaving her husband a note saying
       she's doing a job for her work.
       Weaknesses: Young children often have an effect on her,
       considering she's always wanted them herself. She also can't
       see, so any surprise attacks leave her defenseless.
       (No she doesn't have ice powers. She's called Winter due to
       living in a very cold environment. She's from the Mobius
       equivalent to Russia)
