       Delta Halo

       Delta Halo! (The Cat!)
       Description
       A lanky male mobian cat with blue and white fur, white whiskers
       and yellow eyes. Deltahalo is often seen wearing body armour,
       blue crew pants and dark grey boots. When in civilian attire, he
       is oft seen in blue jeans and various differently coloured or
       shaded shirts.
       Personality
       A contractor by trade, Delta Halo is usually on the job
       providing security at various installations or committing to
       escort, delivery and retrieval missions.
       A crack shot at short-medium range, he's bolstered by reasonable
       intellect and familiarity with small scale unit tactics.
       ...And he's an absolutely silly goofball off the job, where he's
       a mixture between nerd, researcher, and, aside from the odd
       walk, run or jog, he is a lazy kitty as a civie!
       Powers & abilities
       Being physically fit and reasonably well trained, Delta run a
       hefty distance or walk for most of the day, with the odd break
       in between. He's got minor familiarity with just about every
       weapons category on the planet, but his only big weapons skills
       are in swords, shields and firearms.
       His hand to hand capabilities are limited, and he can quickly be
       overwhelmed in CQC. His modus operandi is to either put himself
       between others and harm, or step back so HE doesn't remain in
       harm's way. He'll try to persuade people to calm down, or use
       trickery when the odds are not in his favour.
       DH enjoys piloting vehicles with moderate competency and enjoys
       rowboating. Also: he can be sneaky! Very quiet!
       Weaknesses
       Delta Halo cannot swim for more than a few minutes at a time,
       and will sink in turbulent waters. He also despises getting wet.
       He can't eat most salad dressings or condiments, -with ketchup
       being a nice exception!- and is easily overpowered by muscle-y
       adversaries!
       Also, he hates rejection and may become hyper-paranoid if left
       by himself in creepy looking areas for extended amounts of time.
       In his civie life, this means he'll likely break down into
       nerdiness and writing or playing games, in either scenario he
       becomes open to reasonably well-planned attacks.
       He's vulnerable to elemental attacks, what with his complete
       lack of actual powers.
