       Appearance:
       In his base state, C.E.B.I.L. takes form of an almost liquid
       pool of metal that can at will materialize a single, robotic
       eye. It can move around by assuming slime-like form with the
       eye, and attack by solidifying parts of itself.
       Once it finds a host, C.E.B.I.L. latches to them, causing
       partial roboticization by melding into targets body.
       Personality:
       While at first seemingly lacking personality, C.E.B.I.L. is
       cold, calculative machine whose major priority is to protect
       itself, no matter what. It is uncaring towards organic
       life-forms and only sees them as his “batteries”.
       When C.E.B.I.L. latches to the host, its personality alters
       depending the host; In case of “Cebil”, it gained its hosts
       paranoia as well as temperament.
       Bio:
       Bio-Metallic Parasite with so far unknown Origin, Code Named
       “C.E.B.I.L.”. It is capable of fusing itself into Mobians and
       use their bodies as batteries to further fuel himself, and needs
       a host to operate properly. It currently operates with Doctor
       Eggman. It is yet unknown what his end-plan will be.
       Origin Notes:
       While Originally Cebil was just Cybernetic Capuchin,
       Introduction of C.E.B.I.L. reveals the metal parts of Capuchin
       being actually part of the Parasite.

       Power:
       Parasite Physiology of C.E.B.I.L. let’s, as mentioned, parasite
       to latch into its victims. When it does this, it uses their
       bio-energy to fuel itself further as it goes through their
       memories and mind while hijacking all bodies’ functions to
       himself.
       Weakness, Fears and Other Disadvantages:
