       Appearance:
       Cebil has light nougat fur with dark tan hair and linen, furry
       muzzle and orchid eyes. He wears usually white lab coat with 3
       golden clips to keep it closed, and underneath dark purple
       combat suit. He has gone through partial Roboticization, causing
       his left arm, both legs, tail and part of his head around the
       left eye be turned mechanical. On shoulder of his robot arm, he
       got Eggman Empire's symbol.
       Personality:
       Cebil is a psychopathic  scientist and researcher. He cares
       little about opinions of anyone else besides himself or anything
       outside his experiments, and has proven to be apathetic towards
       those unlucky to be his "Volunteers". He is also quite arrogant
       and inquisitive, often either noting his clear disagreements
       with plans straight or asking the basis behind them, but usually
       knows when to keep his words back, especially around Doctor
       Eggman. He has also shown quite an ambition, when he seeked out
       Eggman out and went through partial psychopathic  process,
       showing little care towards his "weak, old self", to get his
       hands on Eggman's resources and equipment to continue his
       research.
       Bio::
       Cebil is one of the Mobians who have betrayed their kin and
       joined into the Eggman Empire. Cebil was since young age
       interested in both mechanics and chaos energy, and constantly
       experimented on it. Due his questionable experiments, he became
       an outcast, and was eventually forced to leave his hometown. He
       spent few years in exile, until joining forces with Doctor
       Eggman to continue his research with better equipment and
       greater resources, as well as to be allowed perform his
       experiments without having to explain them to anyone.
       Origin Notes:
       - Outcast turned Eggman Empire loyalist.
       - Went through partial roboticization as both sign of loyalty as
       well as to improve his own power, becoming a Cyborg.
       - Expert in both field of chaos energy and robotics.
       - Cebil is not beyond experimenting with the Chaos Energy on his
       fellow Mobians.
       - It is unknown if Cebil has relatives.
       - Has grown more psychopathic over the years, and feels no
       remorse of what he has done.

       - Various Cybernetic enchantments

       - Knowledge about Chaos Energy and Wisps
       - Mechanical Skills
       Power:
       - Mechanical Improvements: Thanks to his Cybernetic
       Enchantments, Cebil has hidden different devices to his
       mechanical parts in case he runs into trouble, including hidden
       blade in tail, rocket boots, eye laser and electric whip/blade
       in his arm.
       - Metallic parts are able to siphon both Bio Energy and Chaos
       Energy by contact.
       Weakness, Fears and Other Disadvantages:
       - Cebil's enchantments, while durable, can be overloaded or
       disabled with powerful enough power-surge.
       - Paranoia: Cebil does not trust anyone but himself. Due this he
       tends to make back-up plans for case of betrayals.
       - Psychopathy: Cebil shows little care towards anyone aside
       himself and those he work for to some decree, which can often
       lead him to ignore warnings.
       - Organic half of Cebil is not as strong or durable as his metal
       half.
       - Short Temper: Cebil can lose his temper from slightest insult
       or mockery.
       Cybernetic Enchantments
       - Eye has access to Artificial Intelligence program and Cebil's
       personal data base.
       - On tip of the tail has a hidden blade.
       - Mechanical arm has a hidden weapon in form of a electric whip.
