Kilowattz the electric eel/seahorse hybrid

A most bouyant person that you'll ever meet. Completely unaware
of how he was born...
[shadow=red,left]Personality[/shadow]
Kilowattz loves trashing evil robots and traveling with his
friends, but can bcome PSYCHOTIC when he absorbs TOO MUCH
electricity!

[shadow=red,left]Before birth[/shadow]
His parents, Zella, a pink seahorse (mother) and Pua, a black
electric eel, (father) both met and 'immediately' fell in love.
The two shortly after got married, but realized they could not-
biologically -have children. So they sought out a spellcaster
that could do the deed... After informing them that the birth
would be ESPECIALLY painful, because a female seahorse isn't
meant to become pregnant, Zella agrees... The spellcaster, moved
by their love, casts the spell and the deed was done, Zella
forming a 'pouch' like a male. The pregnancy was basically as
one expects.

2: morning sickness
3: wild emotions...
Eventually, the time for birth came... True to his word, the
birth was 'especially' painful and she gives birth to a single
child... The birth, however, was to much and she died after the
child was born...

Kilowattz had a... bumpy childhood... From not having a mom, he
gets careless and makes some rookie mistakes and hardly thinks
before going into a fight... He, however, also enjoys honing his
electrical abilities with his father, Pua. Pua and Kilowattz
however remained under the ocean and stayed out of the war with
Eggman... Eventually Kilowattz met Ripper, Skeen, and Skathe,
and they all began traveling the ocean together in search of new
sights!

Kilowattz has finally decided to go above the surface and make
some friends, meet new people, find love, and make mistakes. His
father choosing to remain underwater and for his son to let hm
know when it was peaceful enough to come up himself...

Attire: White gloves and black shoes with red soles.

Electrokinesis
Extra durability (Due to his hybridization, he has a chitinous
layer of armor over his skin, which can block a few bullets
without problem)
Underwater breathing
[shadow=red,left]Weaknesses[/shadow]
If he absorbs TOO MUCH electricity, then he goes into 'full on'
PSYCHO MODE, striking friend and foe alike with electrical
waves! (He is currently unaware of this)
He needs a way to absorb more electricity and can do so by:
1: Skin contact with various conductors (slowest)
2: Swallow electricity from power lines or equipment (fastest)
He is careless and heads head-first into a fight, before
thinking...
