       Skeen the skate

       Skeen is a most unusual girl from the depths of the ocean that
       enjoys her friend Ripper and wants general peace, as well as
       throughly against fighting...
       [shadow=red,left]Personality[/shadow]
       She is a pacifist at heart and seeks no violence
       whatsoever...preferring to talk down her opponents with peaceful
       thoughts, and not causing bloodshed. Skeen thoroughly enjoys
       looking around for traveling opportunities in and out of water.

       Her parents, Kuza (red male skate) and Mira (black female skate)
       always treated Skeen fairly about her life, being given what she
       wants, if she was greatful and nice to others. She was always
       traveling with her parents around the oceans: Indina, pacific,
       etc. Looking at various underwater cities, but never finding the
       one DREAM city... Atlantis... She eventually meets Ripper and
       the two become QUICKLY attached to each other as even Ripper
       enjopyed visiting other locations from time to time...

       Skeen, having grown up, finds it fun to mess with jewelry and
       dresses up often. Showing off modestly and not flaunting
       anything, being proper and tries to keep peaceful, knowing that
       words and feelings are not gonna solve everything... Her one
       singular ability was the power to sense rocks, gems, or items
       that hold power inside of them... Having not trained for
       anything, just being BORN with it!  She also knew just how to
       calm down Ripper if he ever got furious... Nowadays, Skeen's
       parents are models for other aquatic creatures with varrying
       colors of coral and seaweed designs~

       Attire: purple scarf, pink star clip, golden braces on her lower
       legs and arms, and a green slightly see-through toga.

       Ability to sense gems that hold powers: chaos emeralds, time
       stones, master emerald,  chaos rings, chaos emerald shards
       (check the game, sonic blast) etc.

       No real fighting capability
