       Frizz the bear

       Frizz is a guy that you'd get along with, any day of the week,
       especially if you're a computer nerd. He enjoys building stuff
       with scrap left from Eggman's robots and has a job as a car
       mechanic.

       He is quite calm, but if given the chance to try something new
       (say; build a car using hyper go-on energy from a whisp to make
       an energy efficient car), he becomes like a kid a candy store,
       getting right to work. building things has become a passion for
       him. He is sympathetic, much like his adoptive brother Tetra.

       [shadow=red,left]Childhood[/shadow]
       Frizz was an average bear-child living in mobotropolis. He
       always got some cool technologically, advanced toys (DS or PS3
       for example) which mad him happy. Once they broke at a young age
       (12), he wanted them fixed. So thanks to his dads help of the
       internet, he learned how to take apart his toys and fix them! He
       even fixed his dads TV later on when it wouldn't turn on! Turns
       out, the Y-Drive was fried. Not a motherboard, but wouldn't be
       cheap to replace.

       One day, Frizz was out and about in the Leaf Storm Zone looking
       for parts that the resistance may not have picked up and you
       those as scrap for his work... Until he found Tetra, who was
       hacking trees away with his tails. This amazed him and he-
       noticing the lack of home -offered to take him in. The two
       quickly became close as brothers!

       Frizz spends most of his time doing side projects, like hacking
       robots that Tetra would haul back if they weren't completely
       mangled and fixing computers for pay. Until he heard that tetra
       was in the hospital from a shark attack! He drove in his jeep
       (kinda like a Jeep Wrangler, but HEAVILY modified) over to the
       hospital and he looks for Tetra's room after the surgery was
       finished. He spends some time with Tetra and is surprised to
       find the complete restoration of Tetra's eye!
