A Warrior's Meditation... (Open for up to Three)

In a remote section of the vast Mystic Ruins, the pleasant
spring sun beamed down on a wide, open jungle clearing near a
cool lake. The water was sparkling due to the sun's light, a
light breeze blew through the surrounding trees, and the scatter
songs of nearby birds filled the area, creating a pleasant
atmosphere from within. Just the thing a certain mobian needed
for a relaxing bit of meditation.
Alongside the shore of the lake was a pink echidna girl,
kneeling about a foot away from the water with her eyes calmly
shut. She bore a slim, athletic physique, a yellow muzzle, and
short bangs of hair to go along with her long back quills, all
tied down with a white headband. The girl was dressed in a
slick, black dobok, a uniform worn those who practice the art of
Taekwondo, with turquoise trimming, a white shirt and a black
belt. Her feet, mostly tucked in beneath her rear end, were
current bare of any shoes yet a pair of green sneakers with
white tips were laying on the grass, a few feet to her left,
with a turquoise duffel bag with white stripes. Just her very
appearance along gave her the identity of a martial artist...and
she was! She was traveling martial artist that went by the name
of Roselia Shaolin

/>or Rosie for short, a warrior that sought out new life
experiences through her training as a warrior and often enjoyed
gather with fellow fighters for many sparring matches. After
exploring the regions of Mobius for a good several months, just
getting back from a trip to Chun-Nan, Rosie is now back in her
residence within the Mystic Ruins for a short break before her
next expedition. The clearing she was in was surprisingly close
to her house, making it her favorite place to go for a bit of
solitary training. However, for now, the echidna was merely
enjoying a bit meditation to take advantage of the pleasant
atmosphere that was provided for her.
As the soft wind continued to brush against her body, making the
tips of her headband occasionally float away from her quills and
wave in the breeze, Rosie quietly takes long deep breaths,
relaxing her mind and spirit while focusing on pleasant
thoughts. Her mind was mainly filled with positive experience
throughout her travels, such as breathtaking sights and exciting
fights with other martial artists she met along the way. Such a
train of thought even brought a slight smile to her face.
Breathe in...breathe out... This what went on for nearly
half-an-hour in soothing near silence. As with most of the
instances in the clearing, there was no one around to disturb
the warrior girl as she went on with her spiritual exercise.
...Or was there?

In another section of the ruins was the cyan hedgehog Soul,
taking a leisurely stroll. A break from the city's atmosphere
was what he needed and truly he felt at ease as he continued his
stroll. It was then he sensed that he wasn't alone, following
this aura it lead to a nearby lake. Upon looking he saw another
person meditating beyond the distance, this person's aura was
quite remarkable. However, thinking about it now, it would
probably be weird if he was just standing there and it might be
rude if he would disturb her meditation. He might as well go for
the latter and leave himself out of it. As he turned around, a
quick step on a branch snapped giving away his spot. "Whoops..."
he muttered hoping the gal did not hear him, as he hid behind
the bushes.

The echidna could immediately notice the sound of a branch
breaking her area, separating it from that of the forest
ambience. However, she didn't move a muscle and stayed right
where she was, not even taking a look behind her. Rosie seemed
completely nonchalant with the idea of a potential intruder in
her training area...but then she spoke out.
"You don't have to hide, you know! I already know you're behind
those bushes!"
Even without taking so much as a peak behind her, Rosie was able
to pinpoint the exact location of her hedgehog visitor. How she
was able to do this? Little would one know upon a first glance
at the echidna, Rosie also had the ability to sense and read the
auras of her surroundings, natural and artificial, even when she
isn't relying on plain sight. Through this, she could be
forewarned of any potential danger that could be lurking around
her vicinity and detect the kind of power they may bear, as well
as their emotions. This was why Rosie was so tolerant with Soul
being in her area. Not only was she able to sense him coming
but she felt no malice in his emotions. In fact, she even
noticed how he was trying not to disturb her when he was trying
to leave the clearing. With this in mind, Rosie considered the
stranger to her training area to be a welcome one.

The hedgehog came out of the rustling bushes looking with a bit
of guilt "Sorry to disturb...I didn't mean to spy on you or
anything. I just happen to pass by and was curious to see
another one here" he apologized to the pink echidna. Noticing on
the echidna's attire it would seem she was not around here nor
from the city, perhaps she was a traveler. The hedgehog thought
it would be best to jump to another topic instead of looking
awkward in the situation. Looking over by the shore, it really
was a beautiful scene, watching the sunlight reflect on the
clear waters. "Oh...it's a really nice view eh.." he said taking
a deep breath trying to show no threat or intention to the
echidna.

"Hey, it's alright."
At that moment, the echidna girl casually shifts out of her
kneeling position and rises up to her feet, pausing for a moment
before turning to face the boy. Her eyelids gently open to
reveal a set of glistening, turquoise eyes, gazing right at the
sight of the hedgehog while paired with a calm, friendly smile.
Just by looking at the inviting expression on Rosie's face could
give one the impression that she was not at all annoyed with
Soul's presence. If anything, it was quite refreshing to have a
visitor in her neck of the woods.
"I get it. Not that many people come all the way into this part
of the ruins, so it's actually kinda nice to see someone else
out here, every now and then," Rosie reassures, giving Soul a
patient glance.

After just finishing her most recent bounty mission, a young
wolf girl wielding a katana walked casually trough the mystic
ruins. It had been sometime since she last took a break from
hunting down low life crooks to simply enjoying the finer things
in life. So it was no surprise she needed a bit of "me time" for
herself. As she walked her ears picked up on nearby voices
causing her to stop and listen for a bit. Being the curious
cautious type, Veira decided to investigate.
Stopping a few feet from the clearing, she spotted two people
chatting. Why were they here? she figured she simply watch from
a far rather than make her presence known.

However, from where she was standing, Rosie was able to feel the
aura of another person near her training clearing. Being able
to tell the energy signature apart from that of Soul, the
echidna looks away from the hedgehog towards the area where the
second unknown visitor was positioned at. To think that she'd
be attracting two outsiders to her home in one day, when her
part of the Mystic Ruins was normally secluded... This may just
be her lucky day!
"Is someone else there?" Rosie calls out, her gaze directed to
where the wolf was.

Veira raised an eyebrow as the echidna called out in her
direction. Had she been seen that easily? Sure she was standing
out but she was sure she hadn't made much noise. With a shrug,
she simply walked out into the open revealing herself to the two
mobians. Crossing her arms a bit, she simply stared the two down
for a bit.
" I was sure I hadn't made much noise...either you have high
senses or there's something else about you..." she replied in a
semi cold but respectful tone.

"I was able to sense your aura from nearby. It gave me a clear
indication of where you were," Rosie explains, before her smile
widens a bit. She was definitely happy to have not one but two
visitors to her clearing. "Besides, it's really great to see
other people in clearing for once. It can get a little too
secluded around here, sometimes!"

" My...aura?" she asked a little confused at the term. Was she
referring to her spirit maybe? Her power over lightning? She
simply did not know so she just shrugged at the statement. The
next part of the girl's statement caused a light chuckle from
the huntress. " Hmm I take it your no to fond of being lonely?"
she replied to the girl with her arms still crossed.
