Scourge the Hedgehog

Bio: Formerly known as 'Evil Sonic,' or 'Anti-Sonic,' the
antithesis of our favourite blue mascot once tried to siphon off
chaos energy from the Master Emerald during a robbery attempt
made with Rouge the Bat. He was interrupted by it's current
guardian, Locke, who left a set of scars on his chest resembling
the Roman numeral number two (II), but not before absorbing
enough energy from it to permanently change the colour of his
fur from blue to green and give him a power boost, and a
permanent upper hand against his nemesis. Thereafter naming
himself ''Scourge'' in an effort to break away from a spot in
Sonic's shadow as an evil twin, the villainous hedgehog became
the true anti-Sonic: self-important, ruthless and sadistic.
Scourge originally hails from Moebius (Anti-Mobius) in a
parallel dimension. There he was known as Evil Sonic, and was
the leader of the Anti-Freedom Fighters (later renamed the
''Suppression Squad.'')
Scourge had a difficult relationship with his father,
Anti-Jules. When he was only seven years old, his father
contributed greatly to the Great Peace. However it seems he made
little time for his son. While he seems to have some mocking
respect for how Anti-Jules "brought everybody together in one
big group hug", he also complains that his father was full of
empty words, and the peace was nothing but stagnation.
Much later in life, during the decline of the ''Great Peace,''
Scourge rallied together a group of trusted allies and made his
move, wreaking havoc and ultimately throwing the then King of
Anti-Mobius into the Zone of Silence and seizing power for
himself, ruling the planet ruthlessly as it's newfound King. It
is rumored that he killed his father during this conflict, as
well.
Personality: Scourge is the opposite of Sonic in terms of
personality, and a 'dark reflection' in all things including
traits. Where Sonic is selfless and kind, Scourge is selfish and
sadistic. Where Sonic treats women with respect, Scourge is a
shameless womanizer. There is some middle ground where the two
are similar, such as an inflated ego-- But where Sonic makes
light of it and playfully insists his prowess, Scourge comes
across as aggressive, sometimes bordering on delusional. He
loves to fight and cause mayhem wherever he goes, and seems to
relish dominating those who would oppose him in battle, verbal
exchange or simply presence.
He has also proven himself a resourceful leader and imaginative
strategist, thinking outside the box to achieve his goals and
making use of whatever is at his disposal in unconventional and
often violent ways.
Powers and Abilities:
Agility - He is able to run as fast as Sonic, able to maintain
an average speed of 760 mph. He also possesses the enhanced
strength, acrobatic skills, stamina and reflexes required to
navigate at such speeds.
SpinDash - Like Sonic, Scourge can curl his body into a tight
ball and rapidly spin at his opponents, dealing damage with his
spines.
Homing Attack - Presumably by using minor amounts of chaos
energy, Scourge is able to home in on his target as though
magnetized, making his curled form into a projectile that can
reach a fair distance in any which direction.
Chaos Blast - By releasing a large amount of chaos energy,
Scourge can take out almost anything around him with an
explosion of power originating from wherever he stands, and
spreading outwards by a number of feet.
Chaos Control - With this move, Scourge is able to teleport and
slow time.
Dimensional Manipulation - Scourge has proven that he is able to
travel between dimensions with relative ease, unlikely to limit
himself to just one method should he feel the need to do so.
Energy Absorption - He is able to draw power from Chaos
Emeralds, Anarchy Beryls and the Master Emerald for a temporary
power boost. After doing so, he is able to become 'Super'
Scourge, an event which changes the colour of his fur from green
to magenta, and grants access to abilities he can only use in
this form, such as flight.
Leadership - Scourge is highly charismatic despite all of his
negative traits. He is usually able to charm, persuade or
intimidate others the use of logic and honeyed words to sway a
situation or opinion in his favor, or failing that, enough
violence to make his opponent submit.
Armed & Unarmed Combat - Through all of his years of violence,
the green hedgehog has become a proficient fighter. Often he
will resort to using his fists or a weapon instead of a spindash
or homing attack simply because he does not want to be a
reflection, but a hedgehog of his own right. The use of weaponry
sets him apart from Sonic, who would never resort to such
tactics. He is a skilled hand to hand combatant.
Weaknesses:[/left]
[color=limegreen]Scourge is overconfident and tends to
underestimate the ability of his opponents in favor of praising
his own. He is cocky, arrogant and often seems to take others
far too lightly. He is predictable in certain ways, such as his
tendencies of womanizing-- A woman could easily manipulate him
for this reason, even if she were under the commands of another
male. He is also incredibly weakened for a period of time after
going Super Scourge.
