Unprecedented Peas in a Pod (Sonya & Shadow)

Shadow spending time with Rouge put his mind at ease, after
their talk the brooding individual set out to complete a G.U.N
assignment taking him to the peaceful country of Chun-Nun, which
turned out to not be so peaceful dealing with a deranged feline
princess. overall the mission was a failure as he didn't find
any leads to Eggman's whereabouts, for now he will enjoy his off
duty time until he his services are needed. Today he to make
most of his free time distracting himself from thinking about
Amy. The first thing on his mental "to do list" is going to a
local coffee shop to obtain his regular coffee bean dosage,
afterwards he plans to visit a library to check out a book that
peaks his interest, maybe catch a movie.
The ultimate lifeform shoved a hand into his furry pockets to
pull out a minimum amount of mobiums. [I'm short on cash, guess
I'll go to the bank] putting away the change, rocket boots
stepped forward on the sidewalk following a specific route until
his eyes are able to visualize the building he is looking for.
He entered the complex going through the revolving doors. and
right in front of him is the bank teller who is doing her job
for other people as we speak. The black Hedgehog folded his arms
waiting patiently until it is clear for him to approach the
counter.
"Greetings, I want to withdraw $100 mobiums" he requested
The woman swerved over to a computer to pull up his banking
information. "withdrawing for a Shadow the Hedgehog?" she looked
at him.
"Yes" he nodded with a reply.
She typed on the computer to pull up the requested amount of
money, she clicked on a few buttons and moved over to a machine
to collect the cash. "Here you go sir" handing him the money.
Shadow nodded and slipped it into his fur pockets.
Suddenly the front entrance door melted, a random crook in a
bulky hi-tech suit stepped inside the complex, he has a wicked
grin across his ominous face. "Alright, All of you get on the
ground right now!, you behind the desk hand me all of your money
or everyone here is pushing up daisy's!!" he pointed his weapon
at the crowed, they cowered on the ground obediently.
The black hedgehog narrowed his eyes and the woman is doing what
she is told, not before hitting the emergency resistance button
underneath the desk. "You've made a big mistake tin can" he
folded his arms in defiance.
"The only mistake around here is you! Get on the ground before
you get shredded!" focusing his arm cannon at the ultimate
lifeform.

Still feeling incredibly relaxed after her one on one spa
session with Rouge the spring in the fennecs step hadn’t
faltered even when she stopped waving her friend off and she was
long out of sight. She knew she’d been worrying for
nothing. Rouge had been nothing short of patient and
understanding in regards to her romantic escapades, and she knew
that the bat would keep it that way she trusted her. Being
spoiled so kindly with all the lavish treatments that the spa
had to offer had made the fox woman feel more relaxed than
she’d felt in a long while and considering she
wasn’t really one who was prone to just taking able to
take things easy naturally for her this brief period of calm was
a small victory, until it wasn’t.
Suddenly breaking into more of a sprint than her previous
careless wander a feeling of dread churned fast and thick in her
stomach. ‘Something isn’t right .. something
isn’t right!’ Her panicked thoughts quickly
beginning to run wild the fox female forced herself to come to a
standstill in the middle of the street. Waiting until the worst
of her anxiety trembling had subsided she willed herself to take
quiet but deep breaths as she tried piece together what her
sixth sense was trying to tell her. Following her instincts on a
whim she let herself move rather than think cutting through
various alley ways and backroads until she made it to her
intended destination. When the sounds of frightened whimpering
civilians reached her large fluffy ears, only confirmed her
suspicions. Her large ears continuing to flicker over the
moments that followed she felt the remains of her decent mood
evaporate the minute she picked up on an all too familiar tone
mixed in with those who were in danger. ‘Why out of all
the presumed back up called nearby did I have to get stuck with
him?’
Doing her best to put her personal feelings aside for the time
being she strode into the building with shocking amounts of
confidence given the circumstances. Knowing that she
wasn’t going to have long to assess the situation and
compose an appropriate plan in such a short time frame she went
down the uncharacteristic impulsive route. Slamming her elbow
into the emergency fire exit glass she ignored the flare of pain
that followed and instead yanked the lever downward activating
the banks automated sprinklers and in doing so she hoped the
water would be the un doing of the criminals apparently high
tech get up. “The only one who is going to be getting on
the ground is you. Your time is up!” Briefly locking gazes
with the black hedgehog she found herself barking orders at him
almost viciously, civil as she was trying to be that was proving
a challenge. "Agent Shadow! evacuate the civilians. I’ll
take care of armature Tony Stark here.”

The water had ill effect on the mysterious mobians's armor, he
allowed it to drip down its metal frame as if to demonstrate its
waterproof material. "what are YOU gonna do? Arrest me?" not
talking the fennec mobian seriously, his arm cannon morphed into
a minigun, fired a shower of bullets at the pair and all over
the room. It didn't matter who showed up to back up this stupid
hedgehog, they are all going to die and he will ransack this
place clean.
"Understood" he didn't expect to see Sonya of all people, or
rather he believed it isn't the time to face her so soon, not
after the training incident. Still, her experience in the field
is welcomed. Shadow dodged every bullet in super speed, those
with a trained eye can detect an orange blur moving in various
directions, the ultimate lifeform stood in place to prepare to
utilize his signature move.
[glow=lightskyblue,2,300]"Chaos....CONTROL!"[/glow] he gathered
up enough chaos energy to freeze the world in time, everyone
except Sonya in the room is frozen in place, both the user and
the doctor will see every inch of color inverted, appearing
photo negative. Shadow approached Sonya to relay what happened,
"I stopped time for thirty seconds, lets hurry" he scurried off
to rescue the civilians.

The black hedgehog sped around the room once more, scooping up
people within arms reach and placed their still bodies outside.

Time resumed back to normal once Shadow finished his part in
saving people, hopefully Sonya has done the same, he attempted
to knock down the perpetrator with a Homing Attack on the back
of his metal cranium. It didn't have any effect resulting in
Shadow bouncing off humorously and the souped up criminal
laughed at his failure. "Awww? Cant make a dent on me? My turn!"
thrusters activated underneath metallic boots, the man dashed
towards Shadow attempting a right hook, he missed due to the
ebony warrior dodging in a nick of time.
"Urgh!" He wasn't lucky against the second strike however as the
man struck Shadow with a back fist impactful enough to launch
him into an arch before crashing down on the floor.

‘Of course this lunatics armour is waterproof.’ She
grimly watched the water pitter down the metal exterior with no
effect what so ever. Her adrenaline now flooding through her
full force, when his arm cannon morphed into a weapon her
concern in that moment was less for herself or Shadow but the
innocents around them that this deranged criminal was clearly
going to rain bullets on. At a quick scan she knew that she
could protect at least half of them at this speed and range but
the rest.. she had a problem. Her sky blue eyes flashing into a
sharp electric green she raised a glowing arm materialising a
small but effective shield to stop the bullets in her own path.
As much she would have preferred to work with ANYONE else at
this moment in time having Shadow for back up was better than
dealing with this nutcase by herself.
However angry at him she was for personal reasons she
couldn’t afford to let personal and professional emotions
mix, not with lives at stake. From her peripheral vision she
could just about make out his movements in an orange blurred
sequence. She wasn’t usually the sort to resort to petty
commentary but with her viewpoint on the black hedgehog being
less than warm at the moment she found the words “Show
off.” Being murmured under her breath at the display.
What happened next was enough to bring back her back into the
moment her large fluffy ears flickering at the familiar words.
After his brief but informative explanation about what
he’d done as much as she wanted to question it she simply
nodded and followed suit to assist the public.
Not having speed to rely on the fennec took care of others in
her own way encasing multiple groups of people at once in medium
sized force field bubbles and then using the force of her
ability to thrust the enclosed groups outside to safety, once
the people we’re outside and no longer in close proximity
to the threat the electric green barrier would fade out dropping
them gently on the ground. With Shadows time control effects
wearing off she was at least glad that they didn’t have
the civilians lives to worry about. Watching Shadow go in for
the first attack Sonya tried not to openly wince as he was soon
swatted off as easily as a fly would be fly swatter.
She was beginning to get really vexed with this particular
criminals ego. Not giving the crook any breathing room she moved
in for a strike of her own after Shadow went down. An array of
green electricity generating in her hands to form into the shape
of a solid long baton she found herself cockily
retorting.“He may not. But lets not be to hasty!”
Going with her gut feeling and the rather sound observation
she’d made while Shadow getting knocked around like a
bowling pin, she lunged forward in close range and swung her
staff hard at what seemed to be the softer parts of his suits
design. If her attack was successful in making contact with the
more vulnerable parts of the males armour he was sure going to
feel it.
