Following In the steps of both her parents intellectually
Penelope is in simplistic terms a teenage prodigy of sorts.
Possessing a variety of intellect albeit mainly chemistry based
this sets her apart from most individuals her age. But because
she’s still quite young her knowledge in her specified
subject isn’t as enhanced as it could be. She’s
currently still learning and growing from her experiences as far
as her know how goes. [/li]
[li]Photogenic memory. Penelope is capable of remembering great
volumes of information in greater detail and for much longer
than the average mobian. For example she can read books, listen
to song lyrics, and encounter others or experience events and be
able to recall a vast deal of the details from her experience of
that event. In addition it takes Penelope less effort to recall
information she may encounter and she can remember it for longer
without having to strain. [/li]
[li]Chemistry Magic. Using different kinds of chemical
components Penelope is capable of utilising a form of magic that
centres around chemistry. Harnessing the magical components of
these individual potions she can use of them in various ways
within reason. For example if she wanted to temporarily fuel
herself with the magical properties to make inanimate objects
explode for defensive purposes she would have to drink the
correct serum in order to achieve that result. Her chemistry
abilities change depending on what potion she decides to
intake.[/li]
[li]Computer Operation Intuition.
Although she is still learning for most part Penelope has an
intermediate knowledge of computers and the majority of things
connected to them, including hacking, coding, programming,
fixing bugs/viruses, cracking passwords. [/li]

Penelope is very intellectual she's a bit of an unintentional
know it all she's logical, resourceful, kind, considerate but
can be quite insecure but she also has her moments of confidence
when she feels comfortable so she's a mixture of both
introverted and extroverted and while she does seem timid she
can also have a no nonsense tempter when appropriate.
She is rather strong-willed and is an environmentalist who
stands stubbornly by what she believes in. Usually she tries to
create chemicals that will help make her parents/siblings lives
easier so for example she'll come up with a stain remover that's
more effectively long lasting to help her mother with the
laundry or she'll whip up unique chemical induced food
colourings to help Annabelle with her baking presentations.
Her interest in chemistry aside Penelope loves to create and
decorate her own personal styles of scrapbooks. Using only
natural and planet friendly materials she often finds this
relaxing. Alongside scrap booking Penelope has an intense love
for reading fiction as well as none fiction and she writes
poetry that is usually centred around her personal emotions or
what she observes.
While she admires both her parents for their career achievements
her long term goals differ and though nothing is exactly set in
stone for her this particular Prower is certain that she wants
to continue trying to make the world a better place. So with
that in mind she has hopes to become a chemistry laboratory
tactician.

Penelope Prower is one of the daughters belonging to the couple
Miles Tails Prower and Sonya Alexa Prower from this timelines
ever changing future.
[center][font=courier]Vulnerabilities/Limitations.

[li]Chemical intuition limitations Where she’s still at an
age where her brain is developing the amount of information she
can process at once can get overwhelming for her at times and
that can result in harmless but worrisome dizzy spells for her.

[li]Photogenic Memory Limitations: Penelope is unable to forget
bad memories/mistakes that not only others make but herself to.
[/li]
[li]Penelope is often prone to migraines because of the amount
of brain power she constantly uses. [/li]
[li]She doesn’t handle the stress of certain retained
information well. Eg truths. [/li]
[li]Chemistry Magic limitations: In order for Penelope to use
this magic to its full potential she must make sure she drinks
the correct component for the ability she wants to use or the
side effects could backfire on her horrifically. [/li]
[li]She is limited to only consuming one magic potion at a time.
[/li]
[li]The effects of her potion abilities are only temporary and
after a certain period of time begin to weaken/fade implying to
Penelope that she needs another ability dose if she wants to
keep using her magic. [/li]
