Rouge et Chocolat (Valentine event at the Club Rouge.)(Everyone
is welcomed)

As a club owner, Rouge had to organise events to promote the
club itself and grow in popularity. She and her crew had
promoted the event as a couple gets in as normal and singles
were encouraged to join in and mingle with others and pay half
price. Sure, it was a gimmick but at least everyone was
welcomed. She had implemented a dress code, civilian clothes
only. No need for the fancy if you can't afford it and the first
people to come in would be greeted with a dashing cup of
chocolate mousse with a cherry on top. 24hrs prior, Rouge had
called some friends and employees to come and help set up the
decors before the actual event just to make it work. ''Alright
Bernard, put the Heart shaped decoration a little on the left...
Yes! this is perfect, also Nigel, could you please call the
Chocolatier for my order? You know you'll get a discount as
always.'' The skunk rolled his eyes and went to do some phone
calls. The bat was proud of her club gaining in popularity and
perhaps this would be her major event of the year should
everything would go well.

Since Viola had been more actively going into the city more, she
knew ahead of time of the event at Club Rouge, unlike last
minute like last time. Because of this, she wanted to show off a
little of her cooking skills. Freshly baked homemade
heart-shaped cookies by the plenty. She just felt like she
wanted to contribute in some way as a thanks for the Christmas
event the owner did. Because of it, Vi got got of her comfort
zone quite a bit and it was for the better. Once she was done,
she got herself a fresh shower to clean up after all the baking
she did. Clean clothes, blow dried hair, new modified boots. She
was good to go. The walk was long, especially with carrying the
containers of fresh cookies but it was nothing she couldn't
handle at all. Good thing she left early so she could get there
at least a bit before everyone else, hopefully.
As time went on, Viola finally made it to the Club and very
carefully opened up the door to go inside. "Hello? I came here
last event and had a blast." The purple haired hedgehog looked
around and carefully placed the containers on a table. She
noticed the bat she met before and she employees, she so spoke
to them. "Um, yes, hi. I had a lot of fun last time and really
had to say thank you. Because of last time, I got to meet new
people and make myself come out of my comfort zone. So, as
thanks, I made and brought some fresh homemade cookies that are
in the spirit of Valentine's day! I hope you don't mind, just
thought I'd contribute a bit." She told them with a warm and
happy smile, she really did feel better compared to last time
when she first came in. A lot less nervous.

A bit after Viola arrived, the door opened again and revealed
James in a much more casual getup than normal. He had gotten the
call and decided he wanted to answer it.
"Good day," he said and raised his hand as friendly gesture, "i
understand that you're preparing a valentine celebration. Any
way i can be of assistance."
Compared to his last visit he did seem to have loosened up a
bit, granted last time was under much different circumstances.
But he at least tried to be more relaxed this time around.

Rouge went to greet Viola who apparently had shown up with a
container full of homemade cookies to thank her. ''Aww but you
didn't need to. Your help would have been more than enough. Say,
how about you help Bernard set the tables?'' She said pointing
the polar bear in a suit. He might have looked intimidating but
he offered a warm smile as he tried to fold napkins into swans
on the tables. ''I'm sure he could use some help...if you'll
excuse me.''She said before directing her gaze toward the
doorway to see Mitchell walking through it. She walked to him a
little nervous but managed to talk to him anyway. ''Hello James,
I didn't know Valentine was your thing.'' She had kept her hair
tied in a ponytail and was herself dressed in a more
decontracted way. Instead of her typical heart-shaped chest
plate, she wore a spaghetti strap top and black jeans with a few
tears on the legs. She wasn't the GUN agent or the thief, nor
the club owner but the woman behind all of those titles.

Viola gave her a smile and shook her head just a bit. "No,
really, it's okay. I've always wanted to make something for
others, so to make something to munch just felt fitting. They
are heart-shaped." She looked over to wear she was pointing and
saw the big guy, it took her a moment to go over there but the
smile he gave her made her smile too. She suddenly felt fine and
went over there just as Rouge said he could use some help.
Standing there for a moment to see what he was trying to make,
she figured out that he was attempting to fold swans. "Here, let
me show you." She picked up a napkin and set to away from the
others as she flattened it out as she turned it to the side in a
diamond shape. Folding over the respective parts and then sat it
up. "Just like that!" She exclaimed with an accomplished smile.
Folding napkins and paper was just one of those odd little
things she did as a child, it was fun to do the different shapes
and learn to do harder things. Viola took some more napkins and
started to fold the others as well to help the polar bear out.

"I would be lying if i said it was," James trailed as he
scratched the back of his neck, "but i understood you were
preparing an event for it. So... i wanted to come and help you.
After last time, it's the least i can do. So, any way i can be
of assistance?" He seemed nervous, but he kept it together for
now.

Rouge smiled. James came to help and this was more than she
expected at all. "Please, I need help behind the bar to wash the
dishes and Ny is currently busy on the phone. Besides, I could
use some company, yours to be exact." Although it wasn't exactly
subtle, she was honest. She did wanted to see him even if he
just came to help.
A second later, Nigel the skunk told Rouge that they were
running out of red napkins and peanuts amongst other things and
had to either go buy some himself or go with someone of the
staff to refill a few things."Sure, here's the money. Bring me
the receipt and we'll take it from supply budget."

"I can do that," James said with a nod as he carefully put a
hand on her shoulder, "we'll have those dishes done in no time.
Lead the way."
She lack of subtlety worked out in the sense that he actually
caught on to what she wanted, somewhat at least... and he'd be
more than happy to apply. He would be lying if he said he didn't
enjoy her company. Even more so after their little moment at the
christmas event.

Rouge chuckled and walked to the bar, effectively leading the
way for James to follow. An employee noticing their boss being
all flustered in the presence of the police guy giggled and a
panda barmaid chose a romantic song on the jukebox. It was
Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers and returned to
sweeping the floor. The prediction for tonight was not good but
Rouge had hopes and she didn't realise but got what she wanted
the most and it wasn't a crowd, it was his presence. ''So here's
the sink and here's the dishwashing liquid and the sponge. I can
dry and you wash?''Then she heard the song playing, she knew Xia
had done that on purpose and shook her head.'' Hungry? I can get
something delivered since we're alone and most employees are on
a smoke break, outside.''She said smiling to him.
