"[Good evening Mobius! I'm your beloved host Cordelia Carlton
here with the weather, I hope today's lovely sunshine was
thoroughly enjoyed because tonight it looks like we might be in
for a bit of rain! Here's hoping those storm clouds slip past
out major cities and towns to ensure a peaceful and dry night
tonight. Stay tuned after the weather for a special guest
appearance!]" The crystal white cat rambled on about the weather
like usual, knowing her image was projected across televisions
planet-wide. The weather was nice and all but she was more
excited about the more juicy news about the come, before
announcing it though, she re-fixed her curled locks and checked
her image in a nearby mirror before looking back to the camera,
knowing she was about to come back on air, she waited for the
countdown to finish before opening her lips to start talking
again, "[Welcome back everybody, as I mentioned earlier we have
a special guest with us here on the show tonight, please welcome
to lovely Lunette! Who has a very special announcement to make]"
She motioned for someone off screen to come take the seat beside
her, patting it welcomingly, "Come over dear and introduce
yourself to the world" She'd smile, re-angling the position of
the new microphone so that their special guest could be better
heard.

Pushing her long white bangs out of her eyes the lilac fox
waltzed onto the set and took a seat beside her gracious host.
Closing her eyes she opened them to reveal pure purple orbs; the
black pearls wrapped around her long ponytail bopped with her
head as she faced the camera and begun to speak. "Thank you for
having me Miss. Carlton. You do Mobius a great service by
broadcasting my message. I'll make this brief. Unless Sonic and
Tails are brought to this location alive in three lunar cycles I
will destroy the entire continent with a blast from the moon.
You can try to flee, escape away to other lands but trying to
evacuate an entire province in less than three days simply
cannot be done." She paused for a moment placing her hand over
the black gem that hung from he choker that was fastened filmy
around her neck. Her calming voice then spoke again carrying an
eerie quality to her tone.
"For those of you who would bring me Sonic and Tails I am
offering a substantial reward. I won't give an exact number but
you'll never go hungry again. For those of you who cannot be
bought by riches I urge you to think about your families and
those you have close ties with, are two teenagers really worth
all their lives? I guarantee if Sonic and Tails are brought to
me at this location I'll have no need to unleash the moon's
wrath upon you. To all who are able bring me this duo and you'll
have done your country a great service." Lunette pointed towards
the screen behind her that displayed a glowing body of water
deep inside the Great Forest. "This is where you can find me
should the need arise. This body of water acts as a portal to my
lair, do not however assume enter my home uninvited. If you even
try to enter without my captives the portal will pull your atoms
apart and scatter them to the wind." With that she turned
lightly bowing her head to the news caster in thanks before a
magical aura erupted in her eyes. "A Moonlit Hunt begins!" With
that said the earth shook as a bright beam of light engulfed the
studio scrambling the camera equipment causing Lunette to vanish
in the process. Now that she was gone and the broadcast was over
it would be up to the citizens of Mobius on how to react to this
ultimatum.

The porcupine sat in his living room. A bowl of popcorn at his
side. It was the one night a week he watched television. Between
his work and studies he didn't have time the rest of the week.
Reck settled under his blanket and turned his television on. He
caught the show just after the host introduced Lunette. The
magician was about to change the channel when Lunette mentioned
magic. Then she left in the most disturbing teleport Reck had
ever seen. He figured she made it flashy on purpose. This magic
user she just showed off her powers to everyone. He was shocked.
Reck was always taught to keep his magic secret. Then he soon
found himself enticed. He wasn't a fan of Sonic or the freedom
fighters. He knew a few of them. Though Reck realized she didn't
give a reason for their capture. He shook his head figuring he
didn't need one. The porcupine didn't have need for the money,
but maybe he could get this Lunette to share some magic secrets
with him. He also didn't want to die. He could flee the
continent in a matter of seconds, but his entire life was in
Mobotroplis. Reck decided it would be worth the try. He couldn't
handle the speed of Sonic the hedgehog. Maybe he could use Tails
to lure the hedgehog. Tails was smart and resourceful. Reck
would have to be smarter. The porcupine stood up and walked out
of the living room. Changing out of his comfortables he dressed
in a pair of black jeans and his favorite shirt. He grabbed his
spell book. Everything would have to go down perfect, or he
would have to flee. He had a problem though. He had no clue
where to find the fox. Reck wasn't close enough with any of the
freedom fighters he knew to just get them to tell him where
Tails was. Especially right after the new the entire continent
had recieved. He teleported himself to his study. He didn't have
time to read a book or try to learn a spell to locate people. He
looked around and sighed. Reck the porcupine was no hunter, but
he knew sometimes one or two had to suffer for the better of
many. He left his residence with a portal outside of city
limits. "Where do I even begin?" The porcupine questioned out
loud. Almost knowing he would get no answer. Everything about
Lunette seemed wrong. He wished he could get close enough to
sense her energy, but Mobius was huge. She would have to be
activly using a strong spell for him to sense her from anywhere
on the planet. Most spells he can only sense a few blocks away.

Inside the office, a shadowy figure watches the broadcast of the
lady speaking about the destruction of a continent if she is not
brought Sonic and Tails to her in the next 3 days started at the
end of the broadcast. With the end, she would laugh a bit.
"This is gold" the chair would turn as the lights of the room
turn one revealing the shadowy figure to be a Robian Spider in
an Eggman Army Uniform modified to her liking and a military
beret " For a lady with a big threat I will say she has some
balls to destroy an entire continent. We will have fewer mouths
to feed. " She would get up and sigh a bit " But Knowing the
doctor he would not like the idea of valuable assets like land
to be destroyed even wanting someone to upstage him to destroy
those two."
Inya would then connect to the Eggnet system. Due to her robotic
body, she can wirelessly interface with the network as long as
she is in the Empire controlled territory calling up the VTOL
hangar, When the call came in an Egg pawn

"Yes Interrogator." the machine responds in a cold mechanical
voice to the spider.
"Prepare my ship and provide me with four riflemen two with X9
Capture launchers

"By your command Interrogator." The machine will respond to Inya
as the communication cuts off.
By the time she reaches the launch pad four Egg Army soldiers
would be present loading up the ship

"A nice change of pace from my usual tasks, but it would be fun
to hunt down that hedgehog." and with that, the robian spider
walks on board ready for the mission ahead.

Her mind a whirlwind of unpleasant thoughts the anxious medic
had seen and heard tonights insane announcement all to clearly.
“I'll make this brief. Unless Sonic and Tails are brought
to this location alive in three lunar cycles I will destroy the
entire continent with a blast from the moon. You can try to
flee, escape away to other lands but trying to evacuate an
entire province in less than three days simply cannot be done."
The threat echoing in her mind she forced herself to remain
throughout the whole ludicrous demand. 'That fox is totally
unhinged!' For the first few initial minutes of the speech all
she could do was remain seated and try to steady the beginnings
of her hyperventilation. Eyes wide and fists balled hard in her
lap the most prominent emotion she felt in that moment was rage
who did this woman think she was to put a price so casually on
those she cared for?! There was no way she was letting this
happen. Unaware that she had began to tremble despite the warmth
from the space of hers and Amys living room it didn’t take
Sonya long to come to a decision about what she was going to do
about this. Her tremors gradually subsiding as an odd sense of
clarity washed over her.
She swiped her coat off the peg, hurrying out with her
destination already set in mind. Out of the two of them Tails
going to be the easier of the pair to reach out to right now she
had to warn them. After all surely they could figure out a way
to save innocents from this lunatic that didn’t involve
throwing them to her clutches without question. Although
unfortunately now with the knowledge that the two of them now
had a sizeable bounty on their heads she was grimly aware that
there were probably going to be a lot of individuals that
didn’t share her peaceful views. So with that in mind time
really was of the essence here. ‘Hold on Tails I’m
coming!'

Viola had been spending more time in the city now that she's
meet some people and didn't so awkward anymore, not as much
anyway. A cool crisp night for walking before the rain comes
this way, helped keep her from overheating in her wood stove
heated house. She walked passed a store with flat screens in the
window to display and draw customers in to buy them. Hearing the
news was one a few of the televisions, Vi stopped with her hands
in her jacket pockets as she watched and listened. Hearing a
special guest was there really did capture her attention, that
didn't usually happen unless it was someone famous. The guest
starting off sweet for the first sentence alone, the next was
her demands of the blue hero and his genius best friend. Or
she'll destroy this place? "No way! She can't, I won't have
another home destroyed!" She stood there as she watched the
screen some more for any other information. Now the woman was
talking about payment and guilt trips. Well, Viola had no need
for extra money and the family she knows is gone, no way is she
going to bribe her to do this awful deed. With narrowed eyes,
she looked at the image shown, she knew that place and had been
there before when walking, but reading what would happen to
people not allowed kind of made her stomach churn. Right after
"The Moonlit Hunt Begins!", Vi felt the ground shake,almost
feeling like she would lose balance. The woman was gone from the
screen, that's when Viola took off down the sidewalk in a run,
that's when the purple haired woman caught sight of the fennec
she's spoke and been around several times. Catching her view,
Viola got the overwhelming since of worry and panic, that alone
told Vi that the fennec and just watched the same thing and was
in a hurry. So, instead of calling out to Sonya to stop and
wait, Vi just decided to follow her. Where ever she was going,
after this message, neither one of them she go alone.

Petrov saw the broadcast as well and smiled as he processed what
was laid before him and the rest of the world. This was a
proposal right after his head and something he wouldn't and
couldn't miss out on. Going after two of the most known people
of the planet with a large prize at the end, not to mention the
potential doom of the continent of they failed? That would be
interesting to say the least. His only complaint was that he had
to bring them in alive. But if that was what the client wished,
then he would conform to it.
He quickly got himself suited up and then headed out from his
cabin. He had two preys to track down. The biggest thing he'd
lack here was prep time, but he could probably improvise
something if he found them without being spotted. The only real
question for him was where to start and who to go for first. The
fastest thing alive or the side-kick? Tough choice but both
sounded as thrilling as they sounded challenging. He had a bit
of time to decide though. Because he had some ground to cover.

"What luck!" Reck thought to himself as he saw two familiar
shapes run by. Reck didn't have the slightest clue where to go.
He figured they were going to warn one of the two bounty heads.
The porcupine knew the finnec was a freedom fighter. She would
do everything in her power to help her friends. He didn't want
to have to bring any harm to either of them. He thought about
what he was doing. While he followed the girls at a decent
distance. Reck was slower any way he couldn't keep up that well
running nor did he want to make the noice. The porcupine kept
them just close enough to see. He would speed up only if he
needed.

The good detective was doing some desk work at the station when
he heard the announcement telling everyone to capture Sonic and
Tails in three days. Tentei would have non of that so he grabbed
two handcuffs and before he left he heard the chief ordering
everyone to go try to capture them. Of course this would be a
bet if his plan didn’t work out not only could he lose his job
but it could also cost the life of his nephew.
He went towards the parking lot and sabotaged the other
officer’s cars by giving them flat tires leaving a note saying:
[I]“Don’t worry I have a plan.”[/I] And raced away in his car
towards tails’s workshop. When the chief found the note he said
angrily. ”Is he insane if we find that traitor you have the
authority to arrest him.”

Shadow sparring a dummy in the training room in G.U.N HQ. Chaos
energy struck the metal contraption until it resembled swiss
cheese, each chaos spear glows a bright hue until they explode
taking the metal frame apart. The black hedgehog gaze upon the
destruction of his handy work prompting him to walk out of the
training room without uttering a word, they really need to
upgrade their testing robots. Shadow appeared in the lounging
room taking a seat on the couch.
He picked up a remote to watch TV to pass the time, almost
immediately a news reporter Cordelia appeared on screen
introducing a woman referring herself as Lunette. She relayed an
announcement on screen regarding Sonic and Tails. her plan to
destroy the continent if those two aren't within her grasp, he
narrowed his eyes figuring out if she is willing to go through
with her threat or its all a stupid hoax. either way he has to
do something about it if he wish to prevent everyone from biting
the bust by a moon cannon.
"Sonic and Tails are involved in this huh? There goes my break"
he placed the remote on a table then proceeds to teleport to the
blue hedgehogs location. It woud appear some G>UN members saw
the announcement and reported to commander tower.
"Sir! a woman has hijacked the TV broadcast and is issuing a
threat to blow up the continent!" a soldier said.
"What!? Rally some troopers and get down there immediately!
Where's Shadow?" he barked.
"He is already on his to confront her sir" the other one said.
"Good, provide him backup if he needs assistance" he commanded
the two before they exit the office. His heart begins to beat in
normal rhythm knowing Shadow will be there to take care of it.
