       Notable Appearance Features: Will wear either a G.U.N. officer
       Uniform (think the commander from shadow the hedgehog or
       Commander Tower from the Archie comics) while his field uniform
       is the standard G.U.N. uniform with a brown trench coat and
       Officer Hat.
       Occupation: G.U.N. commander of the 9th Mechanized unit code
       name 'Southern Cross'

       Primary Military specialty: Mechanized Combat
       Secondary military specialty: Infantry
       Backstory:
       Bruno lived much of his life in suburbia outside Butte City
       where his father was a postal mailman and his mother a Judge in
       the Butte City Courts. Upon the age of 18, Bruno went straight
       into the G.U.N. military and showed prowess in squad training
       exercises working to keep his squad to minimize casualties
       during war games. Such that the Boot Camp officer in charge came
       to him upon graduation and was given the opportunity to join
       Officer Training school. Bruno Asked to be off for now until he
       spends some time on the field. 7 years later he will join
       Officer Training School, Upon completion, he was assigned a
       Second Lieutenant Rank and to the 59th Wreckers Combat
       Engineering Unit assigned to Bridge laying and destruction of
       Eggman Empire mining facilities.
       At the age of 26, he was moving to the ranks due to not only
       experience but many decorations he received on the field of
       battle and his tendency to make sure he can get as many of his
       men and women out safe. Over time, he will reach the rank of
       Captain leading the 9th Southern Cross combat unit a few years
       later at age 38 he will be assigned the rank of Major Even with
       that he prefers being out with his unit when they are given a
       military operation due to he doesn't like the idea of sitting at
       a desk and his men dying on the field when he can do something
       about it.
       He continued commanding the unit in various operations during
       Anti-Terrorism insurgencies around the world, Conflicts between
       the United Federation and the Robotnik Empire.
       As of now Bruno and his unit are stationed on the G.U.N.
       Floating Carrier the UFFC (United Federation Flying Carrier)
