Amy Rose sat on a bench watching all those on the rink and
drinking hot apple cider. She too, like most there had dressed
warmly for the occasion, in a warm white winter coat and
leggings. She was also wearing skates, the fact she wasn't
skating was mostly because she wanted to get something warm in
her before going out but also because she was a bit hesitant, it
had been a while since she had been skating, roller-blading was
more her thing but, the concept was similar and she did have
experience, she just wouldn't call herself a pro.
After draining her cup, she tossed it in a nearby trashcan and
then approached the rink, easing herself on the ice before
kicking off.

Sebastian watched as Louise walked off, but didn't take any
action, she surely had a reason to leave them for now. Instead
he just remained seated at the table. If he was being honest, he
really didn't have a clue what to do right now. Especially when
he was addressed by Tails directly as he came down to his level
to talk with him. But he did at least respond as he was taught.
"Um... y- yes, it is very delicious," he answered meekly, and
looked away embarrassed. This was very new to him but he did
shake the fox's hand, "i- i am Sebastian Horten. It- it's nice
to meet you, sir."
He then looked towards Viola and the others as Louise was found
again and explained her case to Viola. He didn't hear a lot of
it but he did hear the thing about the Jaguar trying to eat
Sonya which didn't sit right with him.
"That- that's not true," he stammered and took a deep breath to
calm his nerves, "s- sure, my sister gets angry... and can get
very... violent. B- but she would n- never eat someone. Never."
Downstairs on the sidelines, Sabine took a deep breath as she
started to up to the cafe. She had made up her mind and would go
apologize to them. Then she would let Sebastian enjoy the rest
of the day. He could just call her when she was needed to bring
her home. Personally, she just had to get out of here right now.

James shrugged in the absence of an answer and just went to the
counter to place the orders. He could just go for the usual and
it would likely be okay... but then again... he could also try
something more than the normal cappuccino. So without further
ado, he opted to again go a bit further.
The order ended up being tailored for the season instead.
Consisting of two cups of chocolate with a bit of whipped cream
on top and a pinetree-shaped cookie for each. It might not be
coffee, but she didn't tell him what she wanted so he had to
improvise.
"Here we are," he said and sat down across from her, "you didn't
answer... so i improvised. Hope you like it. I- i figured it
should the season."

Rouge was remembering what Sonya said, being natural. She could
do it and shoved her phone back into her pocket and placed her
hands on her lap and waited. James came back with something
different, and it wouldn't be a bad thing. The young man was
capable of improvisation which made the alabaster bat giggles.
She had never expected him of all people to change from their
habits'' Oh, you improvised? I never thought you could. I am
impressed.''. She said blushing with a faint giggling again.''
T-thank you...James. I am very flattered that you decided to
surprise me. It was visible on her face, biting her lip and the
reddish hue on her cheeks. An instant ago she was panicking and
now she was floating on a cloud.

James let out a sigh of relief when he saw her reaction, it was
good to see he had made a good call by doing this.
"It- it is not that i can't improvise," he mumbled and tapped
his fingers together as her giggles made him blush, "it- it is
just that i prefer to be t- told what to do. It makes it e-
easier to focus on what is in front of me. But- but that doesn't
mean i'm a drone with no creativity."
Her compliment made the blush even more pronounced as he looked
down to try and hide it. He might not fully know why he was
feeling like this. But he couldn't deny it was a good feeling.

James reaction made her have a hearty chuckle.''I didn't mean to
say you couldn't. It's more than it was kind of out of character
for you and I have to say that I like it.'' She shrugged as she
pronounced to words, with a smile to express her amusement. Oh
my you ARE blushing.''She said genuinely surprised with her eyes
and mouth wide open. The surprise was visibly amusing her she
got a hold of James's hand. ''So you like to be told what to do?
come a little closer, would you? it's an order, Mitchell.''
Rouge giggled and one of her bat fangs was now visible, she was
biting her lip in anticipation.

"Oh... i see, well, as- as long as you like it," James trailed
as he tried to chuckle to save a bit of face, only to realize he
had failed when Rouge saw him blushing and taking his hand with
a giggle, "a- as you wish, ma'am." He then did as he was told
and gently came closer to her. Uncertain why she was biting her
lips, "what now?"

"You dork..."She said chuckling and got a hold of the males
cheeks before planting a swift kiss on his lips. If he didn't
catch that hint then he'll never catch any. She had her eyes
closed for the few seconds it lasted, after she retracted
herself and arched an eyebrow with a smirk. "This..." The
chiroptera's cheeks were red like Knuckles's fur but it was
worth it.
