Winter Wonderland Shenanigans

Christmas time was drawing closer and closer and this Christmas
was sadly so far very snowless! The duo of Sapphire and Caroline
watched the outside world from the living room window, their
elbows on the sill with their cheeks in their hands as they
simply watched and wished for snow. Despite the lack of snow
too, it was still cold and they still had to wear warm clothing.
A cozy fire crackled in the fireplace at one side of the room,
Caroline herself had gotten it started to warm the house but it
just felt like even it was lacking thanks to there being no snow
to show.
Soon, their friend Robin joined them by the window, wrapped up
in a mint green patch work quilt... A present from years ago
that still was very special to him. Rather then resting his
elbows though the dog opted instead to simply slump his chin on
the window sill instead, sitting between the two girls. "Still
no snow?" "Yup" The girls would say together in a tone that
expressed how bored they both were. They'd been waiting for the
snow for months and now it wasn't even going to show... The
three sighed in union, wishing for a winter wonderland.

Ty is lounging on the couch watching TV in his apartment, about
a block away from the Hedgehog family's residence, the show in
particular is about a group of superheroes attending a boarding
school to learn what it means to be a hero, the ice wielder
himself allowed himself to be awes trucked in its fantastic
choreography and great storytelling every episode he has watched
so far. There is one character in the show with similar powers
to his own who has a very strained relationship with a relative,
the heinous acts the did made Ty wanted to punch them in the
face if they are real.
Just went the episode is getting to a good part, the show's time
slot ended and the commercials are running. "Wow, that guy's
father is a prick" he changed the channel to watch the news
talking about the current weather. Its one of those days where
he had hoped it would snow today during this time of year but
alas the sun is persistent, guess he will have to do it himself.
He sighed turning off the TV and shrugged with a casual smile.
"Welp, time for me to go to work" he grabbed his apartment keys
and approached his door on the way outside, he pulled it open to
step through, locking the door on his way out.
Putting hands in pockets he strolled the sidewalk paying
citizens no mind in the slightest, he spotted the home of
Sapphire and Caroline causing him to momentarily pause on his
journey and wave at whoever is by the window before continuing
on his merry way. He arrived at the park standing in the middle
of a vast open area, he would raise both of his hands to fire a
large concentrated beam of ice magic towards the clouds, shortly
snow began to sprinkle the ground, the environment's color is
turning white in small doses.
Ty wasn't finished, he felt there isn't enough snow to make it
feel like Christmas, he continued to fire the beam until clouds
started snowing at a pace he is satisfied with. He put hands in
his pockets again, examining his work, smiling at his
accomplishment [font=verdana][i][Not bad, much better than last
year..][/font][/i] he thought.

When they got waved to by Uncle Ty from outside, the three kids
seemed to perk up a little bit, Robin's ears sprung up and his
tail wagged a bit to see that it was Ty. They watched as he
continued his walk before settling back down again into their
previous bored state.
That didn't stay for long though, as soon after Ty had walked
past, snow started to fall, at first ti was little and they
wondered if it'd stay enough to cause some actual snow to play
with, eventually though it picked up the pace and was eventually
fully snowing. The trio scrambled to their feel, grabbing some
woollen beanies with pom pom's on the top and some snugglie warm
scarves before rushing out the door, Sapphire squealing with
delight along the way out, Robin made sure the door closed
behind them before then rushing after the girls.
Their wishes had come true! It was finally snowing! Quickly,
they raced to the park, Sapphire almost falling over a couple of
times along the way but she was quickly picked back up by
Caroline. When they got there, Ty was there, smiling and looking
accomplished, did he enjoy the snow too? Robin and Sapphire
would start picking up clumps of snow and throwing it at each
other while Caroline steadily approached Ty, reaching up to tug
his arm gently to get his attention "Um, excuse me, Uncle Ty?"
She said softly, "Did you make the snow fall start?" Something
deep down told her she already knew the answer but she wanted to
ask anyway, "Can you teach me how to do that? Please?"

A voice shrouded in familiarity enough to the point there isn't
a need for the older wolf to turn around. "A magician never
reveal their secrets" answering the young mobian, no one is
supposed to know how did he make the snow fall down, but alas
these kids followed him and probably saw everything, oh well it
cant be helped. He turned around to face the trio, his smile
never left his muzzle.
"Kdding! Merry christmas guys, have you been good this year?" he
embraced all of them in a hug, giving each of them a gentle
nuzzle on their cheeks. He lets them go and took a couple steps
backwards to show a demonstration. "To make snow fall from the
sky, you concentrate a beam of ice energy on the clouds like
this" Ty raised his arms high, shooting a large beam of ice
towards an adjacent cloud, nothing happens for moment until snow
began to fall down more often. He stopped his demonstration to
prevent the snow from being tall enough to cover their entire
legs.

Caroline would look a little miffed when Ty first answered with
that a magician never reveals their secrets, "But.. But Uncle
Ty.." She'd hold out her hands to him, facing her palms upwards,
focusing hard for a moment to create a rather wonky looking
snowflake in her hands along with some very small bits of snow
and frost. She was trying to be good at it like he was, but she
was still just too new to the power. The three then perked up
when he showed he was kidding and wished them a merry christmas,
"Depends on what you count as good" Sapphire would respond with,
giving Ty a wink with a very sonic-like grin. "Well I did less
damage on Doubles' training room this year compared to last,
does that count?" Caroline looked a bit unsure of herself but
she still smiled. "I'm always good~" Robin would grin, earning
him a playful smack to his right arm from Sapphire, and one to
his left from Caroline. "You almost blew up Tails' entire
workshop with your latest idea!", "and then almost blew up his
house with one earlier in the year" "-Most of the time, there is
that better?" The three laughed before facing Ty again.
The hug was returned to Ty by all three, Sapphire poking her
tongue out at Robin during before getting a nuzzle from Ty. When
he then went to show how to do it, Caroline paid close
attention. "Fascinating, you do it with such ease, you've been
doing this for a while haven't you?" She'd ask, there was a lot
more snow now so she thought maybe she shouldn't try to do it
right away herself in case things got out of hand. "Can you make
a snowman? Or an igloo, Uncle Ty? Can we see?"

Ty couldn't hold in laughter even if he wanted to, these kids
mean well but they seem to get into trouble often. "Reminds me
of the time I broke Tails's door years ago, he would've killed
me if I didn't install a new one, glad to know you two aren't
dead yet" gazing at Caroline and Robin with a smile. Its hard to
imagine what will Tails and Doubles do to them if they didn't
own up to their mistakes.
"What did you do Sapphire?"he chuckled, curious about her
presumably crazy antics, he is betting she broke the speed limit
and almost got a ticket in a race with Sonic or something,
totally not far fetched for them to do. Caroline's question
about his demonstration caused him to mentally search for the
reason why he is able to make snow in the first place, until he
remembered a child's face. Ty put his hands into his pocket and
begin to stare out into open space.
"Yes I have, I wanted to learn how to make snow fall from the
sky because there are people who never seen it before their
whole life, especially children" never forgetting a young lad
her overheard asking their caretaker why it doesn't always snow
on chirstmas holiday season. "Every year if it doesn't snow, I
would come here to make it happen, it took a while for me to
master it but its worth it, I kept this a secret so don't tell
anyone shhhh!" he looked at the trio putting a finger on his
lips with a smile.
He is asked about his ability to make a snowman and an igloo, an
easy thing to make in his caliber. "Sure" he opened a hand
towards the ground, the snow would circulate around into three
big ball of snow, the medium and small ones would stack on the
large ball. Ty approached the snowman he created, poking it to
make two eyes and draw a smile with his finger. Following this
he would open a hand towards the snow again, a certain spot in
the snow would enlarge in size in the shape of a fairly big
dome, the outer texture would solidify into detailed blocks. A
hole on the bottom of the dome would form an entrance big enough
to get inside, "Tada!" he finished his handy work.
