Exploring A New Perspective! [Sonya & Scourge Only.]

Having ignored the majority of her boyfriends complaints about
not needing to better himself emotionally. Sonya figured that if
they were going to make any kind of progress here then they were
going to need to tackle the basics. Allowing herself a moment to
properly collect her thoughts and take in the rather scenic view
of the open field around them, she spun round on her heel, to
face her grouchy hedgehog directly, a clearly apologetic smile
tugging at the edges of her lips. “I know your’re
not impressed with how went about putting the collar on you but
lets be real honey you wouldn’t have let me if I asked so
please quit whining.” Her long blonde locks swept up and
styled into a messy but still attractive high pony tail, the
fennec smoothed out the none existent creases in her dark blue
lolita dress, before she continued her explanation. “You
have severe trust issues which is understandable but what I want
from this is for you to learn to trust me more and then from
there it'll be easier for me to help you the way i want to but
because trust is earned and therefore doesn't happen overnight
this is going to be a challenge for the both of us but I’m
willing to put in the work if you are."
"For our first trust exercise I’m going to need you to do
something unorthodox for me don’t overthink it just do it
okay?" On surface this method probably seemed rather odd, but
the idea held purpose. She'd fractured their relationship in the
first place after all by hitting him and although this
particular method contradicted her personal beliefs that two
wrongs didn't make a right, this was her way of showing Scourge
that although their views differed on a lot things she was
willing to compromise within reason herself for the sake of
making whatever was going on between them work. "Punch me in the
face."

Scourge stood giving an annoyed glare as he tugged at the golden
ring around his neck trying to free the collar of his jacket
from underneath it; finally yanking it free and turning up his
collar he spoke his tone filled with subtle loathing. "Yanno if
you hadn't slapped this thing on me I could have just run us out
here in like a second." Shaking his head Scourge tuned out as
Sonya started to carry on like she knew what she was talking
about. "Oh so now the unstable headcase wants to play couples
counselor; please." He thought dismissively as he looked her
form up and down admiring her new dress and the cute way she
decided to style her hair today. "The collar aside she looks
smoking in that getup. She seems to have dropped the jeans and
finally started dressing like a proper skirt, the cuts on her
arms seem to be gone and she's certainly more confident to pull
a stunt like this." Scourge dropped his annoyed look and a
large self satisfied smile sprawled across his wicked lips as he
continued his inner monologue. "Scourge you brilliant fucker you
did it! From suicidal skirt to feisty fox. She's just like Becca
was......Bec wherever you are this ones for you."
When Sonya asked her boyfriend to punch her in the face the
green villain raised an eyebrow and looked at her like she was
insane. "Sonya even without my speed I'd easily break your jaw.
I'm not accustomed to damaging my own property." He said with a
stern expression followed by an unimpressed look as he
objectified the fox before him.

“Well you being able to run us out here in a second was
hardly the point." The wittiness in her tone didn’t
falter. Throughout her speech she’d become so absorbed in
what she was telling Scourge that she was only mildly aware that
her partner was doing that annoying thing where he looked like
he was listening to her on the outside but actually his mind had
wandered off elsewhere. Noticing the way that he was openly
admiring her appearance caused the crimson to flush back across
her white muzzle with ease her own thoughts quickly coming into
play about his attitude. “Was he even listening to a word
I just said?! or is he more interested in my new dress.. well at
least he likes it.. I think- focus Sonya!” Seeing him drop
his annoyed expression she blinked once, twice, looking a little
surprised herself. That large smile tying her stomach in endless
amounts of knots, she found herself wondering what on earth he
was looking smug about Scourge sure knew how to throw her a
curve ball.
Head tilting a fraction as she listened to his expectantly
arrogant response, it was now Sonyas turn to brand an oh so
superior grin at his expense.“I don’t think so
Scourge.” Casually taking hold of one of his hands, the
fennec went on to showcase her point, as she pressed her
fingertips into a sensitive part of his palm, applying a vicious
amount of force on the one area, with the intention of bringing
him down on his knees. Now ordinarily her doing something as
basic as targeting his pressure points wouldn’t of had
nearly as profound a domino effect but taking his zapped
physical strength into account this complacent fennec was
currently loving her odds.

Temporarily forgetting the collar not only robbed him of his
speed but strength to the hedgehog grinned as Sonya took his
palm. "You took me all the way out here just so we can hold
hands? All you had to do was ask Dollface." He said smugly
before the pressure point hit him like a ton of bricks; gritting
his razor teeth he looked up at Sonya as his legs begun to
quiver. His black boots stood their ground while his knees felt
like they were carrying three times their usual weight. Scourge
was stubborn and refused to go down without a fight he firmly
planted his feet and defiantly tried to stand his
ground.......he lasted three minutes which was quite a testament
to both his pride and power given his current circumstances. His
knees finally bending further he refused to let them touch the
ground as he growled out. "If this is your idea of affection
you've got a real messed of way of showing it." Looking to his
legs about to give out he said something he'd rarely said if
ever. "Please stop! Being on my knees once was enough. I don't
mind you teasing me while this thing is on or even lording your
power over me; in fact it's kinda kinky you playing the
dominatrix but please don't make this Prison Zone all over
again."

Cutting the pressure she was applying to his palm the second he
asked her to she placed her other hand gently on atop the one
she was already holding, as a means of brief apology for the
direct path her point proving had just taken. Giving him the
chance she straighten his bent legs back upright she kept her
reaction light. “I would never seriously hurt you in way
that i knew you wouldn't be able to handle that demonstration
was just to remind you to keep that charming ego of yours in
check.” Placing the hand that wasn’t now
affectionately holding his on her hip, she continued.
"Your’re stubbornness is going to be the real challenge to
counter here but I believe that I can do it.. I mean your
inability to concede to anyone is one of your most attractive
qualities but we need to get you a point where your’re
comfortable enough to willing lower your guard and ooze
vulnerability in order to experience emotions you go out of your
way to avoid and without your strength and speed that’s
far more likely. Although I do admit being the more dominant one
even if only temporary is a it’s own kind of thrill but
it’s more of a side bonus.”
Letting go of the hold she was holding, Sonya suddenly gave
Scourge a shove, not one hard enough to hurt but more the kind
of move that would result in him toppling backwards a little in
his more fragile state. Her reflexes kicking in, Sonya moved
swiftly behind him, catching him before he really could take a
fall her more flirtatious words, now tickling his ear.
“We’re going to get a point where me supporting you
like this is going to feel completely normal."

Turning bright red while in Sonya's arms the hedgehog blinked
twice before jumping out of the fox's grasp and pushing her
away. He stood looking away while crossing his arms before
muttering foul words under his breath. As much as he hated to
admit it a part of him liked being in that position; not that
he'd admit that to Sonya at this point. Her last statement made
the egomaniac nervous
"Ooze vulnerability....this is going to feel completely normal."
Still bright red his usual harsh voice was a lot lighter in tone
sounding identical to Sonic while he was flustered.
"I....Uh....why don't we just quit this and go out for ice
cream? You like that sentimental crap right?" His eyes darting
around rapidly he stepped backwards pointing towards the pond
behind them. "I can teach you how to drown a guy and sink the
body." Knowing she'd never go for that he stammered on trying
anything to avoid going back to whatever it was Sonya was trying
to do to him.
In time he backed himself up against a tree; looking at the
fierce determination in the fox's eyes reminded him that without
his powers by law of nature Sonya was the predator in this
situation if only a small one.

Looking like the cat that had just got the cream the fennec
relished greatly in having more control of their couple dynamic
for a change. This feeling she was experiencing .. it was a new
kind of high all of it’s own and though she knew that this
shift in their dynamic was going to be short lived that
didn’t mean that she was going to enjoy every minute of
it. Her cherry lip gloss coated lips glistening into a
self-assured knowing smile she broke into a slow strut towards
Scourge putting a seductive swish in her hips all the while for
his viewing pleasure. There was something about seeing Scourge
so flustered and uncertain that spurred her on to reveal her
more minxy side. As the moments passed it didn’t take
Sonya long to close the short distance that Scourge had tried to
place between them. Her body pressing up gently but firmly
against his frame, she knotted her fingertips back between his
own, pinning his arms on either side effectively trapping her
beloved against the tree trunk.
“Scourge.. if I didn’t know any better I’d say
you were nervous but surely that can’t be the case with
just me?” Giggling in response to his ice cream
suggestion, she gave a small amused shake of her head.
[b]“We’re not stopping when we’ve only just
begun silly our next ice cream date can wait but don’t
worry I know another way I can satisfy my need for a treat for
the meantime..” Her face very close to his she leaned in,
as if she were going for a kiss on the lips, only to stop short
of his lips, and instead planting soft centred kisses from his
collar bone, down the nape of his neck. Wanting to see how much
she could push her luck in her current position of power, she
stopped the neck kisses in favour of giving his ear the tiniest
of nips, her next words amorously murmured. “This is going
to be fun.”
Her bold teasing coming to it's conclusion, Sonya took a step
back to admire her craft-ship, with the use of a spare knife she
had pierced through the back of Scourges jacket [it wasn't
damage that her sewing skills couldn't fix] pinning him to the
tree in similar fashion to the way she was when they first met.
A wistful smile flickering across her lips at the memory, while
she twirled Scourges knife absent mindedly in her fingertips
she went on to explain. "Okay we've established that the root
of your trust issues are because all that you've ever known are
those who have gone out of there way to cause you harm and
betrayal the point of what i'm about to do next aims to help you
out of that mentality and i figured doing things this way is
much more your style, are you ready honey?"

As Sonya came closer with a wish in her tail and a stride step
the green hedgehog couldn't help but admire her form. When she
leaned in close pinning the villain to the tree a strange
sensation washed over Scourge; he wasn't in control of the
situation, he was vulnerable, he shuddered with weakness when
the good doctor stained his neck with her cherry lip gloss and
he liked it. Fighting back the thoughts of giving in and
dropping his guard that came flooding in was almost an
insurmountable task but he came out on top just barely.
Gathering his wits quickly he went from a quivering mess back to
his regular charming self.
Struggling against being pinned back the knife he eventually
gave up and just leaned against the tree; not like he had any
other choice. "Okay I'll admit that was pretty hot but what do
you plan on doing with that knife?" He questioned as he rolled
his eyes. A sudden shudder ran over Scourge as the sunlight
bounced off her perfectly pouty lips causing him to mentally cry
out for another kiss while his exterior acted like he couldn't
care less. "My style? I'm listening."

“Nothing fatal if that what your’re so worried about
I mean that is why you tried so much to resist being pinned
against the tree isn’t it? being put in such a
compromising position doesn’t sit well with you so
subconsciously you try to do whatever you can to make sure that
you regain and maintain the control that you deeply
crave.” Her amateur psychological assessment finished up,
the fennec found herself sheepishly rubbing the back of her
head, with the hand that wasn’t holding Scourges knife.
“But then what do I know right? mental health is sort of
out of my jurisdiction but I’d say my assumption is
sound.” Letting a few quiet moments pass to mentally
prepare herself, and quell the mild anxiety that she having
about her particular choosen method she soon pressed on.
“I’m glad you asked I figure the best way to help
you overcome your certainty issues is to show you that the
worst outcome won’t be the case if you allow yourself to
place faith in someone else.. the someone in case obviously
being me because I guarantee when I start this your’re
going to want to wrench yourself from that tree, but I need you
to front it out for me.. you get your highs through murder and
mass destruction so me doing things this way is going to be more
effective than any assessment lecture I could try and drum into
you instead I’m going to take the more practical approach
by launching very sharp knifes directly at you and between you
being deprived of your usual speed, strength, and unable to move
freely if you try to go berserk or make movement despite being
pinned I won’t miss, but that’s not going to happen
because I .. love you and causing you actual bodily harm isn't
the end game." Her muzzle tinting a light shade of crimson upon
re emphasising the heart felt confession, she cleared her throat
before adding. "but you still need to adjust to that,
your’re going to stand up straight, take a breath, and
keep your eyes on me and remember that this is partially about
you learning communicate also so if you feel like your're going
to loose your head tell me i mean you won't but you get what i
mean.”
The indecision fading from her features, Sonya positioned
herself carefully her blue hues never leaving the green
hedgehogs own. "I'm going to count backwards from three ..when i
start your're probably going to think all sorts of panic
induced resentful thoughts including regretting letting me put
you in such a defenceless position but all those notions are
just your manual coping mechanism i need you to try and battle
that." The slight tremor in her knife holding hand subsiding,
Sonya began her countdown. "3.....2...." Arching her wrist
swiftly backwards on two, she gave her boyfriend no more time,
as she put precise force behind her aim, for just above his
forehead.

Finally deciding to play along with her crazy idea the green
hedgehog took a deep breath and stood slouched, slumping forward
with his hands in his coat as he spoke with an unamused tone.
"No this is totally cool, I didn't like having a frontal lobe
anyway." He said his voice dripping with sarcasm as he carried
into the next part. "You better know what you're doing with that
unless you want to date a drooling idiot; intelligence,
creativity and individuality all reside the part you're aiming
for. I know because I once watched a dude lose his higher brain
functions as I drove a spike into his head."
Totally trusting Sonya wouldn't make him into a mindless moron
the hedgehog took another deep breath before closing his eyes
and shaking off his doubt; he stood up straight and kept his
eyes closed tight. "Let me have it. I love you and if you hit me
I can always force you to watch me rip your legs off." He
growled that last part almost as a warning as he was seldom on
the other end of a knife without his amazing reflexes to back it
up.
