"I broke a glass out of anger, I can tend to myself. I am quite
cappable, I don't need your help nor do I need support from a
law enforcer. If I needed one I would have called 911 and even
them can't handle the speedster. I believe Shadow would have
been more efficient in that case but like you he is a guest of
mine therefore not your job or problem!"She raised her voice at
James and it didn't felt good. She was still shook by what just
happened tonight. But as the French say "Parlez-en en bien,
parlez-en en mal mais parlez-en" which meant that it would be a
form of publicity for the future.
Weither it was good or not, the club had opened and the crowed
didn't shrink downstairs. It was still standing, perhaps it
would survive the next few months.

James listened to her rant and then stood at attention in
response with a salute to accompany it.
"As you wish, ma'am. I apologize for my behavior," he declared
and turned to leave, "i will leave you be for the time being. I
trust you're fully capable of sorting this out. Goodnight Rouge,
take care. Thanks for the invitation, i will try to be a better
guest next time. Officer Mitchell, signing out."
With that he left the lounge and headed straight for the door.
What a disaster this had turned into right about the end.
However, in all honesty, the beginning had been decent. He had
seen Rouge happy with friends and that was something he could
note down as a good thing. The food and drinks had been great as
well, but after that it had taken a nosedive and he wasn't
equipped to deal with it effectively. Best leave and let Rouge
figure out how to deal with this the best. It wasn't he
specialty anyway.
With that it was back to his bunk-bed at the police office.

Reck after listening to Rouge's ordeal decides it's probably
time to go. These people didn't know him very well. He probably
shouldn't attempt to help in their personal affairs. The
porcupine stands up. "Thank you so much for the night Rouge.
Sorry it didn't quite go the way you wanted it to." The
porcupine gives the bat a light smile. "I had a good time.
Hopefully I'll see you around." Reck waves as he turns around
and walks down the stairs.
Out the door of the club the porcupine lights another cigarette.
Reck walks down the street in the chilling fall air. He found
the wind pleasing in his costume. Normally he would just
teleport home when out of sight, but the weather kept him
walking.

Shadow continued to stare at Sonic with a venomous grimace until
Rouge requested for himself and Amy to take refuge in the V.I.P
room leaving the situation to the party host. Personally he
wanted to knock some sense into this blue moron himself before
the entire evening grow rotten. Amy clinging on to his arm, give
his brain the signal to escort her upstairs. He chose to park on
a wall standing idle next to Amy folding his arms, he quietly
nodded his head in response of gratitude, hopefully being in
this room would put her at ease.
Shadow didn't participate in the conversation preferring to
listen to them chatter among themselves, it was only until after
the police officer and the mobian porcupine left the room that
he decided to chime in. "Sonic's behavior has gotten worse ever
since the war ended, perhaps therapy is a viable option for
him?" he glanced at the two woman left in the room, in
particular Rouge, he never saw her distraught like this before,
its understandable considering she put in a lot of work to make
this party for everyone to come in and have fun, now the
atmosphere has gotten too gloomy even for the ultimate.
