even know if there is any meaning to it.

Physical Description
Toni is a red Mobian Hedgehog, with a size similar to Sonic and
Shadow's, who has several quills, although the most
distinguishable ones are the quills that seemly go up, but then,
go down. Another distinguishable trait are the lightning marks
on his face, two around his light green eyes and also one on his
forehead. He normally wears a dark-blue shirt, jeans, dark-blue
fingerless gloves with metal ovals attached to their back, and
white and black shoes, although this may vary a bit depending on
the place and/or weather, although a thing that does never
change it's the dark-red coat with a black flame pattern which
is located at its lower section.
Personality
Toni is a kind, easy-going hedgehog, normally trying to keep
things as comfortable as possible for him and everyone, but not
having a problem of saying on what's on his mind or his opinion
if he is asked, which can came a bit too blunt from him. He is
rather casual, even to the point of showing a bit unintentional
disrespect towards people of higher authority than himself upon
meeting them. He is not easily deceived by rumors and gossip,
preferring to check thing by himself and see things with his own
eyes. This is due to the fact that he was rejected in his
village when he awoken his powers from the first time, being
target of false gossip and rumors and knowing the feeling of
being called something that he wasn't truly, making able to
understand others that may have felt the same kind of rejection,
although this sometimes does cause him some problems with the
people around that don't understand him.
Having felt that rejection, Toni really appreciates the bonds
that he creates with anyone on his journey, although that can
make him do some reckless actions if someone does hurt or
humiliate them, but still, his recklessness only goes so far,
pretty much against unfairness, as he isn't the kind of guy that
passes by and let's this thing happen in his eyes, but this kind
of situations does make the people that manage to connect with
him worry at first. Toni doesn't really matter about the
attention and popularity that he may get, whatever it's positive
and negative, preferring to follow the convictions that he has
than having to feel himself inhibited by his surroundings, but
this could lead him to some problem depending on the other
people, as some could just consider him a reckless idiot that
doesn't know not to mess in the stuff in which he doesn't
belong.
Toni does enjoy friendly challenges, especially in the form of
sparrings as he has enjoyed seeing his mother in her
professional fighter career, but even with these liking to
fight, he generally refuses to fight someone that he does not
personally consider an enemy, preferring to either talk it over
or run away from the confrontation showing that he merely enjoys
when it comes to competitions, as for example, tournaments or
friendly sparrings. Still, when he has sight on some objective,
he will follow towards that objective stubbornly, as he doesn't
like to give up, managing to think on ways to overcome walls if
he ever faces one.
A type of person that Toni really dislikes a lot are the
manipulative kind, seeing how they got anything they want with
just their deceiving lies, using others for their own purposes
and not be able to do nothing to show their real self makes his
blood boil.
Powers
Toni can manage to produce and control electricity and
lightning, although it's a bit different from Electroquinesis or
other control of elements. The electricity is being produced
inside his body, in a center of energy called 'mana' which is
connected to the nerves of his body and originated close to his
heart, which let the electricity flow through any part of his
body and let's him use in some ways that could be more of an
advantage on close combat as he can clad himself in electricity
and moved like if it was lightning (not in speed) and managing
to combine punches, kicks, and even headbutts, to combat his
opponents to great effect, but he can still do things like
shooting lightning.

As he generates electricity, he can technically work as a power
generator, and if someone forcefully tries to extract Toni's
electricity, it's painful to him.
This way of control is due to the clan that he belongs to, as
the marks of his face says so, even tho that clan is hardly
remembered at this point.
Techniques
- Lightning Bolt: Toni shoots a certain amount of electricity
from one of his hands
- Lightning Edge Wave: Toni’s signature technique. The technique
consists on putting the fingers of both hands together against
each hand as he started to accumulated on the top of his fingers
as he would started to separated them and a ball of electricity
would appear because of the electricity accumulated. He would
then put that ball between his palms as he would put his arms to
the side of his body, as he added a little more of electricity
to the ball as he would then thrust the hands, pointing them to
his opponent as from the ball would come out a concentrated
lightning beam.
- Exploding Lightning: Toni charges forward and punches/ kicks
his opponent with a lightning imbued fist/kick, but unlike a
normal lightning imbued fist/kick, this releases a large amount
of lightning upon impacting with the intended target, heavily
damaging and electrocuting the target, whilst also pushing them
away with great force.
Skills
- Lightning Resistance: As he control and use electricity, even
if he receives electricity as an attack, his body would manage
to resist, leaving only little burns on him.
- Good Stamina and Endurance: Toni can manage to keep fighting
for some time without showing signs of fatigue and also continue
to fight even after receiving some damage
- Reflexes and Agility: Thanks to the use of his electricity
around his body, he can manage to have good reflexes and agility
to move around more easily and fast.
- Expert Hand to Hand Combatant: His fighting style is not
really based in any martial art, it consists of adept
hand-to-hand combat, supplemented with his physical prowess and
lightning abilities, being highly adept at improvising.
- Basic Survival Skills
Weakness
- Control Limited: Although Toni can control the electricity
that it comes from his body, he cannot control other sources
like the bolts that do come from a storm, or from other
electronic devices.
- Energy Limited: The use of his powers is not limited as it's
closely tied to his stamina, so when he reaches a point where he
can't produce more electricity, he won't be able to fight with
his powers until he rests and recovers his energy.
- Stubbornness: His stubbornness can also affect him negatively
as he would try to push the limits of his body and powers, even
if he has after effects that would put him on bed or hospital
for days.
- Charging Time: Techniques like the Lightning Edge Wave and
Exploding Lightning need a bit of charging time, which could
leave Toni wide open, although this could be avoided easily if
Toni is fighting with someone else supporting him, or Toni
making a fake-out.
Background
Born in a village on the west of Avalon, Toni had a normal life
with his family... Although with the only exception of his
father, who seemly was separated from his mother, and only lived
with her and his older foster brother. Even so, Toni was quite a
kid that normally got into trouble, getting into messes, always
wanted to have some adventure instead of just sitting there at
school being bored, sometimes being a bit pushy when it comes to
want others to come with him, who didn't leave a good impression
on him, although thanks to his brother, he was able to start
thinking on others before deciding to throw himself on trouble,
as it seems that the reason he wanted to just go out and do
stuff it was due to the fact that he sees kids with their
fathers having their father-son/daughter moments, while Toni
couldn't have one of those, as due to his mother been busy with
her fighting career, which didn't leave him much time with her
sons, still, Dani would be the one who took care of Toni, even
though Sophia felt bad that couldn't spend such time.
Although he lack a father, when her mother manage to have free
time, Toni didn't waste any time to spent with her, normally
talking about how cool she was in kicking ass and wanted to
fight like her, although she would normally told him that he was
too young to learn to fight, and that it wasn't all fun in that.
Adding as well that and his brother wanted one day to get out
and see the world for themselves instead of staying in the
village for all their lives, until some accident happened in the
school that he was going when he was 11: a number of muggers
entered in the school to use the people in as hostages, and
obtain money for themselves from the government. Toni was
terrified and crying as well, although this would turn against
him, as one of the muggers wanted to shut off that sound with a
bullet. As Toni would watch away from the end, the sound of a
pistol could be heard, although he did not feel anything on his
body, but the image that he had in front of him was not a
pleasant one: the sight of his brother Dani, in front of him,
having the bullet piercing his abdomen, and then falling to his
knees, grunting with pain, as the other tried to put him out of
his misery. Toni would watch how he point his pistol at his
brother again, and changing that fear and sadness to anger, he
would shout them to stop it as from his body would come out
electricity that would attack the mugger, striking him hard and
sending him to a wall, almost killing him. This would shock
everyone, both victims and muggers, although this shock would be
the end of those muggers, as the police arrived in that very
moment, and arrest every mugger, as Dani was sent to the
hospital.
After that day, many things would make Toni confused: what was
that power that he had unleashed? Why it did come out? Why he
have it? He had those answers as his mother get the information
of what happened in school, she had those lightning powers as
well. Toni did not know what to think of it, although he was
glad that his brother would come out alive, but after that
incident, things would get a little bad for the hedgehog. At
school, some were afraid of him due to what happened the other
day, adding the fact that the place where he live, having powers
was not a very usual thing to see. Still, even after that, Toni
manage to go through that after some words of encouragement from
both his mother, and after he recovered, his brother, and even
better, her mother started to have more free time after what
happened, and even began to train them both in the art of
fighting, and began to teach him her lightning technique, the
Lightning Edge Wave, which had trouble on learning the basics at
the beginning.
